Hydroponic Bibb Lettuce Topped with a small dice of roasted beets, green apples and red onion drizzled with an essence of peach vinaigrette and garnished with lavender

Cow & Lamb Medallion of filet mignon and a medallion of loin of lamb both seasoned with ground espresso beans and lightly pan-seared served over an island of raspberry toasted pignoli nut inspired sweet potatoes. Each medallion topped with a small olive tapenade
