Chef Sean has created some special entrees to tantalize your taste buds in addition to our regular Friday evening fare: Chicken Andouille Gumbo, Grouper Ponchatrain pan seared with crab meat and butter sauce and King Oliver's Breast of Chicken pan seared with mushrooms, leeks, tarragon and a white cream sauce.

We'll also have a DJ, prizes for the most colorful Mardi Gras costume, Mardi Gras trivia, and beads, beads & more beads!
