Three rounds of golf with each team competing in both Gross and Net Divisions. Each participant will receive 90% of his or her handicap based on current USGA handicap indexes. Best Ball format will be played in all competitive rounds, one round each on the North and South Course, practice round and tournament round on the West. Teams may be member/member or member/guest. Membership status must be maintained at least six months prior to the event or six months following the event.

Competition is governed by USGA rules, with the following exceptions: 14 club rule and one ball rules are waived. All golf equipment must comply with USGA specifications. Distance finders will be allowed, however slope indicators must be disabled. The tournament director and the club golf professional have final say in all situations. Caddies are not allowed.
Overall Low Gross and Low Net ties will be determined with a sudden death play off beginning on South Course, Hole #9, #1, #9, alternating until tie is broken. Ties within each flight will be determined by scorecard playoff, beginning with score on back 9 of the South Course Round, last 6 holes, last 3 holes, #1 handicap hole.
Practice rounds will be played on Thursday, June 19 on the West course. Tee times for practice rounds may be made 30 days in advance of arrival by calling Colleen at 330.245.3229 and identifying yourself as a BMW Best Ball Challenge participant.
Second round tee times may be made day of play.
For ClubCorp Events – golf attire is acceptable for all meal functions and on the golf course. Cargo shorts/pants and denim are not acceptable attire. Mens' golf shirts must be tucked in. Hats/caps are not permitted in the Grille. Denim is not acceptable attire at Firestone Country Club.
