Europe Cruise Description

• 7-day cruise for two in the Mediterranean or Greek Isles
• Guests will sail aboard one of our 208 to 450-guest ships – Seabourn Pride, Seabourn Spirit, Seabourn Legend, Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn or Seabourn Quest.
• Must sail before December 31, 2013

Terms and Conditions

One (1) winner will receive a seven (7) day European cruise for two (2) aboard Seabourn Cruise Line. Winner and travel companion are responsible for all air and ground transportation to and from cruise embarkation and disembarkation. Approximate retail value of prize is $13,000, depending on choice of destination and Cruise fares at time of departure. All values are stated in US dollars. Prize consists of:  Winner's choice of a seven (7) day cruise for winner and one (1) travel companion aboard Seabourn Cruise Line; double-occupancy accommodations and all on-board meals, beverages and entertainment.  All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, all air transportation, all ground transportation, accommodations before and after cruise, meals outside the ship, on-board spa, on-board casino, Wi-Fi, shore excursions, gratuities, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility of winner and traveling companion. If actual value of prize is lower than the stated ARV when prize is procured and fulfilled, the difference will not be awarded. Cruise and accommodations subject to availability and blackout dates. Cruise must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to departure. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any cruise. Cruise is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Travel companion must travel on same Cruise itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion must execute a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be made by Sponsor. The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by Seabourn Cruise Line or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage and/or personal property. All travel dates are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All fees, federal, state, local or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. An IRS form 1099 will be filed in the name of the winner for the retail value of the prize.
