Entry fee covers:
- Minimum four doubles matches
- Welcome cocktail reception and dinner Wednesday
- Welcome gift bag for all participants
- Awards cocktail reception and dinner Saturday
- Awards presented to each division and overall teams
- Courtside hospitality
- Team picture
Rooms, breakfast and lunch each day and dinner Thursday and Friday night along with transportation to the resort
- For reservations booked by April 2, 2013 room is $195.27 per night (includes taxes 6% and Resort charge 9%).
- For reservations booked after April 2, 2013 room is $229.93 per night (includes taxes 6% and Resort charge 9%).
Spouse/Guest cost for tournament evening dinners
- Wednesday night Welcome Cocktail Reception & Dinner $110
- Saturday night Awards Dinner $100
- (Please reserve in advance; indicate preference on spouse/guest online registration form in special requests)
Pre and Post nights
The specified room rates will be honored for group’s attendees three (3) days before and three (3) days after the date set forth the pattern above based on availability.
For room reservations, call Barton Creek at 800.336.6158 – identify yourself as a participant of the ClubCorp Women’s Tennis Challenge Cup. All room special requests need to be made at time of reservation, including roommate name.
