Entry Fee includes: 

• Four doubles matches, minimum 
• Courtside hospitality
• Welcome cocktail reception and dinner on Wednesday
• Awards Cocktail reception – Saturday
• Awards Dinner with wine – Saturday
• Team picture 
• Welcome gift bag for all participants
• Awards for each division and overall teams: first, second and consolation.

Additional Expenses

Hotel
Room rate per night is $155 (single or double occupancy) plus taxes if booked by March 1, 2012. This rate is good three days post and three days prior to event dates. Room booked after March 1, 2012 will be $205 plus taxes per night. 

For Room Reservations, call La Costa at 800.854.5000 – identify yourself as part of the ClubCorp Women's Tennis Challenge Cup. All room special requests need to be made at time of reservation, including roommate name. You will be charged one night's deposit at time of reservation.

Meals & On-site Restaurants/Cafés 

1) Legends Bistro is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Attire is casual and children are welcome.

2) Blue Fire Grill is La Costa Resort and Spa’s chic restaurant, offers an evening of dining and fun. The menu is steeped with local produce, fish, and meats. Choose your degree of decadence from a menu of appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts. Light and flavorful, what you will remember most about your meal is the freshness. Blue Fire is open Tuesday - Saturday from 5 -10 pm.

3) Diversions (Lobby Bar) open daily starting at 12 pm, offering light food service and beverages

4) Marketplace Café is open seven days a week and features Starbucks coffee, grab and go sandwiches, salads, bagels, muffins and more.

5) Splash Poolside Bar & Café
 Spend the day poolside while enjoying a variety of delightful refreshments provided by Splash Café, which is open seasonally. Conveniently located at Splash Landing, Splash Café features beautiful panoramic golf course views and an assortment of menu items including sandwiches, salads, cocktails and sweet treats. Normally open Memorial Day through Labor Day and on warm weekends.

6) Spa Café
 Nestled in the tranquil garden courtyard at the Spa at La Costa, the al fresco Spa Café offers an appealing assortment of delectable and healthy fare prepared by our accomplished resort chefs. Enjoy the relaxation and convenience of lunch, a snack, a smoothie, or a glass of wine during your spa visit. Open daily 11am - 4pm.  Guests must have a spa appoint in order to use the facility.
