Bill co-founded Tel-A-Train, Inc. in Chattanooga, TN and over a period of 15 years the company produced over 200 training programs, courses and workshops in a variety of categories, including Industrial Maintenance & Plant Operations, Productivity, Industrial Leadership, OSHA/EPA Compliance, and Behavior Based Safety. The company was sold in 1994 and Bill took a leadership position with the acquiring organization. Prior to joining SMU COX Bill was a business unit Vice President with PRIMEDIA Workplace Learning in Carrollton Texas.
