Brit Poulson
Brit Poulson is the owner and principle of Poulson Leadership Consultants, www.poulsonleadership.com, a management consulting firm specializing in executive coaching, leadership development and organizational change. Brit has been integrating the fields of management consulting, business psychology and leadership coaching since 1983. He has provided leadership support to organizations such as Immunex/Amgen, Xerox, Institute for Systems Biology, Canadian Pacific Railway, Gleason Corporation, Garrett (Honeywell), Philips, T-Mobile, Blue Cross Blue Shield and many others.
Brit Poulson has been a psychology professor at three different U.S. universities, at Inlingua in Italy and at Nankai University in China. Brit’s rich experience includes his work as a Dale Carnegie course instructor, public speaker, psychotherapist in private practice and corporate trainer.
Brit has a master’s degree in personal developmental psychology from the University of West Georgia, and recently completed his doctoral studies in depth psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute.
Bill Koenig
Bill Koenig currently divides his time between an academic position as Program Administrator and Faculty of the Organization Systems Renewal master’s program at Seattle University, consulting through Raven Consulting LLC, and completing a Ph.D. at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara. Bill has 30 years experience as a CEO or senior marketing executive at ADP, The Frank Russell Company, Mosaix, KidStar Interactive Media, DiscoverMusic and Cantametrix. His entrepreneurial experience includes a successful IPO, business development in Japan and Europe, and working with 3 Nobel laureates.
The topic for Bill’s dissertation are "Leadership of the Emergent: Jung’s Unconscious Processes for Seeing Round Corners and Midwiving the Emergent" which integrates the leadership work of Robert Greenleaf (Servant Leadership) and Ron Heifetz (Adaptive Leadership) with living systems theory regarding emergence. He is passionate about entrepreneurial leadership, architecting organizations and their cultures, and applying systems theory and design to organizational change.
Bill recently completed eight years on the board of the Center for Ethical Leadership, the last three as board chair. He now serves on the board of the Whidbey Institute and Pegasus Communications in Boston. He has served on a number of non-profit and for-profit boards.
Bill has an MA in Whole Systems Design-Organization Systems Renewal from Antioch University, an MA in Mythological Studies/Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and a BA in English Literature from Dartmouth College.
