CALL the Chicago Society Office to request your certificate and make reservations, 1.800.433.5079 or clubline@clubcorp.com. We will fax your certificate to the Club of your choice.

This certificate is non-transferable and may only be redeemed in person by the assigned individual or assigned individual's spouse. Only one certificate may be redeemed per month.
