The Golf Club is distinctive in many ways, but especially in two very unique ways. It is both a "first" and a "last."
Designed and built in 1995 by Jack Nicklaus and his son, Jack Nicklaus II, The Golf Club is the first father-son co-designed Signature Golf Course. It is also the last course to be built on the Barrier Island known as Hilton Head.
The Club's distinctive Golf Cottage with its Scottish themed decor of leather, wood and tartan-houses the Pro Shop and a casual gathering place where Members stop in before and after their rounds. At the Clubhouse, Members and Guests alike can enjoy a perfectly prepared meal in a warm and gracious atmosphere with one constant unifying it all — the attentive service that anticipates your every need.
Named "One of the Top Ten Private Courses of 1996" by Golf Digest, The Golf Club is reserved exclusively for Members and their Guests.
