The Carolina Club offers Members a choice of two dining rooms, the elegant Main Dining Room, which features a formal dining atmosphere, and the O'Herron Grill, which offers lighter fare in a more casual setting. The Main Dining Room and O’Herron Grill offer separate menus, each crafted by the Club's Executive Chef, David Gaydeski, and updated seasonally.

Seasonal Hours of Operation
Seasonal Hours of Operation for dinner service in the Main Dining Room are in effect Tuesday, May 19 through Saturday, August 8. This means that the Main Dining Room will only serve dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The O’Herron Grill will continue to serve dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm and lunch will be served in both the Main Dining Room and the O’Herron Grill Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm.
