Classically schooled at the Ecole Hoteliere in Dieppe as well as Cordon Bleu in Paris and the Cooking Academy of Rouen, Chef Massuger oversees his culinary team much like a conductor leads his orchestra through a classic symphony. Demanding only the freshest ingredients, the Center Club's culinary team has been recognized on an international basis as the keystone for gastronomic excellence.
Since joining ClubCorp of America in 1987, Executive Chef Massuger has directed the culinary effort at two of the companies leading business properties - The City Club on Bunker Hill in Los Angeles as well as the crown jewel of Orange County - the prestigious Center Club in Costa Mesa.
Chef Massuger holds membership in a number of the regions top culinary organizations including: Les Toques Blanches International, La Chaine de Rotisseurs of Laguna, and the Escoffier Society of Orange County.
For the past twenty-three years, the Center Club has established a tradition of fine cuisine and world class service. The opulent Club and setting combines the unique personality of Orange County with the finest Private Club traditions from around the world.
