The Club practices Time to Dine Steps of Service for lunch and dinner ensuring a business-friendly dining experience as well as a thirty-minute lunch and sixty-minute dinner.
The dress policy supports today's relaxed business attire.
The Club's lunch and dinner menu provides an upscale food experience.
There is also an "Anytime Menu" for more casual, quicker dining. The menu offers Club-made, premium desserts and signature items.
The Club provides hot, freshly brewed, premium quality coffee, anytime.

Executive Chef Allen Spivey
Allen has held the Executive Chef position for the Hilton properties at Pensacola Beach, which included the Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, and Hampton Inn. Prior to his tenure with Hilton, Allen was Executive Chef for the Boca Raton Resort & Club, with responsibilities for both fine dining rooms, The Club Room and Chuncey's, as well as the Banquet operations for the resort. Chef Spivey is a graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, has trained with the Culinary at Swiss-Otel and is an American Culinary Federation Certified Chef. He has received awards for, "Best of the Coast" for his Hilton property and 1st place in the Iron Chef Competition of Boca Raton in 2003.

Dining Reservations

If your desired reservation date and time is at maximum capacity, you will have the option of being wait listed. The Club will then contact you once space becomes available to accommodate your dining needs.
