Mixed Grill - Spectacular cuisine awaits you while overlooking the 18th green of the championship golf course. The Fine Dining section of the Mixed Grill provides a more formal atmosphere with a variety of menu options. The dress code is business casual.
Member Lounge - The lounge is available for a more casual dining experience with the same exceptional cuisine. Enjoy casual dining while watching the most current sporting event on two televisions. Golf and tennis attire welcome.
19th Hole, Men's Grill
One of the finest men's grills in the metroplex, the 19th hole is a hub of activity. Whether its grabbing a bite to eat before your round, business networking with fellow members or watching the latest tournament on the large screen televisions you will always receive oustanding service from Mr. T and Mike who have become a staple at the club with a combined 65 years of taking care of our members.
Outside Dining
Enjoy dining on our two outside verandas. Covered dining is available on the front veranda and the veranda on the opposite side of the clubhouse is set above the beautiful 18th green and large water feature with fountain. Full menu and drink service is available.
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Chef Brent Ruggles, C.E.C., began cooking for his family as a young adult in South Texas. The local faire influenced his style and taste for Southwestern cuisine. Although he professes not to have a specialty, he admits growing up with that style and those ingredients found in South Texas, enabled him to excel in preparing that type of cuisine.
Ruggles enjoys giving back to the community by sharing his knowledge and creative skills. During his busy schedule he finds time to do guest appearances for the Lupus Foundation, Dallas Hunger Link, Visions 2000, Zoo to Do, Epicurean World Master Culinary Society reception, Southwest Food Expo, AIWF Days of Tastes, and Taste of a Nation (SOS).
Chef Ruggles is an active member of the Texas Chefs Association and continually tries to find new ways of creating the new and unusual. His natural talent for matching food ingredients has allowed him to reach his level of success. He prides himself on being a perfectionist in every aspect of the food industry.
