Our Catering Department is here to assist you with every aspect of your planning adventure. We offer a variety of rooms for your social and corporate needs. We are a full service catering facility, offering food packages, bar service and a variety of amenities, equipment and services. We can assist in menu creation, decor arrangements, entertainment and complete theme production. Please let us know how we can serve you!
Location
The Buckhead Club is located at 3344 Peachtree Road (Sovereign Building), in the block between Piedmont Road and Lenox Road and directly across the street from the Atlanta Financial Center. The Club is on the 26th floor with parking available off Tower Place Drive.
Hours of Operation
The Club is open Monday through Friday for morning, afternoon and evening entertaining. We offer a la carte dining Wednesday through Saturday nights. We are typically closed during the day on Saturday and all day on Sunday.
Private Events are hosted in our Meridian Ballrooms, private dining rooms, and board rooms Monday through Saturday. The Peachtree Dining Room may be reserved for breakfast Monday through Friday and for evening events on Monday and Tuesday. The entire club may be booked on Saturday during the day and on Sundays by special request for large events.
Menus
Groups of 14 or less guests may order off of our dining room menus, provided we are offering a la carte service. Groups of 15 or more must select a banquet menu for the group. Options are represented in our Banquet Menus or we are happy to customize a menu for you, within the capabilities of our Chef and the Club.
F&B Minimums and Room Charges
Our private dining rooms carry private room fees and food and beverage minimums associated with their use. Our ballrooms also carry food and beverage minimums, which vary based on the size of the room and the meal period used. All menu and beverage items apply towards the minimum; however, miscellaneous items, taxes or gratuities do not apply.
Our executive boardrooms carry hourly room charges inclusive of all of the equipment in the meeting room and a beverage station for the length of your meeting. Food and Beverage Minimums apply for dinner events.
Non-Member Fees
Non-Member Fees are applied to all non-member events. Member sponsored events will require written approval from the Member; however, the sponsoring member does not have to be present at the event. Billing will not flow through the Member’s account; rather it will be established in a guest account, good for the life of the event.
Contracts, Deposits and Guarantees
A signed commitment contract and non-refundable payment are required for all social events and any holiday function. The initial deposit is twenty-five percent of the expected expense and is requested by check. A second deposit, equal to fifty percent of the estimated expense is expected 90 days prior to the event and is also requested by check. The final guest count and estimated balance of the event are due 5 days prior. This final payment is requested by credit card. Any outstanding miscellaneous charges will be billed after the event, or credits issued to
the card.
Function Sheet Details
Your Sales Manger will work with you on planning the details for your event and will work the event together with our Banquet Staff. Our request is that all menu specifics and details be planned no earlier than 90 days prior to your event, but absolutely within two weeks of your event. A final function sheet will require your signature, reflecting the final guest count and total estimated charges.
Wedding Tasting
For weddings, we will host up to four people for a tasting once the contract has been signed, which will allow you to experience the Club and our cuisine. You may choose to try two items from our a la carte menu in our Peachtree Dining Room or you may sample two menu items specifically from our banquet menus. This tasting should be scheduled with your Sales Manager no later than 30 days prior to your event.
Vendors
We currently welcome any service vendors into the Buckhead Club. We do not require a wedding coordinator, but recommend one if you feel additional assistance is needed, over and above the assistance of your Catering Sales Manager. Please have all of your contracted vendors communicate with your Sales Manager to schedule building access and receive load-in instructions. They are to adhere to Clubs dress code and are prohibited from consuming alcohol while providing you service in our facility. Signature of our vendor form is required.
Valet/Validated Parking
Parking fees are billed to the host at $5.00 per guest for all private events, whether guests choose to self-park or utilize our valet service. Self-parking is available at anytime and will be validated by the Club. Valet service is provided for lunch and dinner functions. Please notify your Sales Manager if shuttle service is being provided. Our valet attendants will arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of your event and remain until the last guests have departed.
