Our clubhouse features several private rooms of varying sizes that are available for business or personal needs. Whether hosting a private breakfast meeting or an elaborate wedding reception, Hackberry Creek's professional service staff and contemporary clubhouse will provide members and their guests an occasion to remember.
A successful event begins with detailed planning and we are here to assist you from the very start. Our staff would be happy to handle all of the details such as menu planning, flowers, decorations, entertainment and audiovisual needs. Hackberry Creek offers five beautiful private rooms appropriate for any small or large business or social events. All rooms are assessed a food and beverage minimum depending on the time of day and the size of the room. Please note that service charge, taxes and miscellaneous items are excluded from the food and beverage minimum. There is a nonmember rental fee that may apply.
