Sponsoring Events
As a member of Treesdale, you have the privilege to sponsor friends and business associates for private parties. Sponsored non-member events must be paid in full 72 hours prior to the event. If it is a Member party all charges will be billed through the Member’s account.
Room Rental Fees & Minimums
All Non-Members interested in hosting parties at the club are required to pay a room rental fee. If you are sponsored by a Member then the room rental fee is waived. As a Member of Treesdale you are not required to pay a Room Rental Fee. Both Members and Non-Members are required to meet Food & Beverage Minimums for private rooms (tax and gratuity is not included).
Deposits & Contracts
The club requires a Deposit and signed Contract to secure the space for events. All Non-Member hosted events require a Contract, Deposit and Credit Card on file. All Deposits are Non-Refundable. The dates for your events are NOT guaranteed until Treesdale receives a deposit and signed contract.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event Member/Client cancels the Function for any reason, Club will retain the nonrefundable deposit. In addition, the Club will be entitled to a cancellation fee as follows:
- If less than 90 days prior to event - 50% of the estimated cost of the function
- If less than 60 days prior to event - 75% of the estimated cost of the function
- If less than 30 days prior to event - 100% of the estimated cost of the function
- Any cancellation less than 72 hours before the event, the host will be responsible for the guaranteed number of guests and pricing based on function sheet.
- If your event is cancelled due to inclement weather, the club requires that your event be rescheduled for a later available date. If that is not possible, you will be charged for the guarantee number.
Counts
The guaranteed number of participants is required 72 Hours or 3 Weekdays prior to your function. Once the final guarantees are given the count may increase, but not decrease.
Pricing
There is a 20% service charge and 6% sales tax (where applicable) for all food and beverage charges. Prices are subject to change 60 days prior to the date of the function based on the market.
Menu Planning
A Limited Ala Carte Dinning Menu for Lunch and Dinner is available for parties of 20 or less in private Dining rooms. Any party exceeding 20 people must have a pre-arranged menu from our following menus. To allow adequate preparation time, menu plans must be complete a minimum of two weeks in advance.
- Treesdale uses only the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. In order to maintain our high standards, some menu items and pricing may change according to season and availability.
- You may offer your guests two entrée selections. If you do, the club will need an exact count of each of these choices 72 hours before your event. The event host is responsible for identifying each guest’s selections at their table to assist our wait staff in better servicing your guests.
- If a party guest has any type of allergy, please make the club staff aware so that we can accommodate their needs.
- Consuming raw or uncooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness. The staff at Treesdale takes extra precautions to insure that your safety is our first priority, therefore all meat products will be cooked to Medium or above.
Dress Code
In keeping with the private country club atmosphere of Treesdale Golf & Country Club, we ask that party hosts and their guests wear appropriate clothing. Our Dress Code can be defined as Country Club Casual. Gentleman may wear collared shirts, turtlenecks, knit sweaters or golf shirts with collars, tailored trousers, khakis or Bermuda length shorts. Ladies may wear blouses, sweaters, golf shirts or sleeveless shirts with collars, tailored skirts, skorts, slacks or Bermuda length shorts. A denim jacket on a lady is allowed and a denim skirt or dress is allowed as long as it is not cut-off or ragged. Denim jeans, short shorts, cutoffs, T-shirts, halter-tops, and shirts that bare any midriff are not permitted in the Clubhouse or while using any club facilities. If a guest shows up against dress code they will be asked to visit our golf shop for appropriate attire.
Ancillary Fees
- A $.75 per person Cake Cutting fee will be applied to all events that bring in their own Cake from an outside vendor.
- If a party requires the club to do place cards for them, a $.50 per person charge will be applied to the event.
- For groups of 30 or more, the Club requires a Private Bar be setup in the room for the enjoyment of your guest and timely service. One Bartender is required per 75 people. The bartender fees will change depending upon the type of bar setup.
One Bartender is required per 75 guests in attendance. Treesdale Golf & Country Club will provide a bartender at a fee of $100 for the first five hours and $25 for each additional hour.
Linens
Every party can choose from White or Ivory Linens. Colored napkins can be ordered if available. For Floor Length Linens, Overlays and Chair Covers an additional fee will apply.
Bars

All alcoholic beverage sales and services are subjected to the rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania State Liquor Control Board.

The party host is responsible for all actions of guests who do not follow these rules or are under the influence.

Wine List
Fine wine has grown to be a necessary component of any fine meal. Whether for toasting, roasting, or complementing your meal, a fine wine certainly make any feast more festive. Treesdale has expertly acquired a wine collection featuring a variety of wines. Please ask our Private Events director to suggest the perfect wines to complement your meal.
To help insure your requested wine choice be made available for your event, we ask that your wine order be placed three to four weeks prior to your event.
