NexLevel Inc., professional fitness trainer, Cobette Harper, has been certified by both the A.C.E and the ISSA as a personal trainer with more than 22 years of professional fitness experience; thirteen of which were devoted to the film industry.
Cobette has been the personal trainer to many in the entertainment business like Academy Award winner Denzel Washington, Academy Award nominee Thomas Haden Church, Vince Vaughn, Paul Walker, Tyrese Gibson, and film director John Singleton, just to name a few on a long list.
His fitness program has a strong focus on resistance training as well as increasing endurance and stamina. A two-week conditioning assessment is vital before beginning any intense training program.
