
The Rivers Club Sports and Fitness Center includes an indoor pool, track, basketball, racquetball, squash and volleyball courts, group exercise studio, spinning studio, in addition to a full compliment of cardio-vascular, new Star Trac selectorized, Free Motion and free weight equipment. The Rivers Club also has private studios for Pilates and Yoga. The Club offers tournaments, leagues, ladders, clinics and lessons for each of the sports facilities.
Rivers Club has an extensive youth program which includes personal training services (ages 13 and up), basketball instruction, swimming instruction, youth baseball training, kid's yoga classes, pilates instruction, karate/self-defense instruction and dance instruction. Additional services that are offered include personal training, group personal training, massage therapy, squash lessons, group exercise classes, complementary yoga classes, private yoga lessons, complementary Pilates classes, and private Pilates lessons. Lockers
We still have a few permanent lockers available in both the men's locker room and the women's locker room. Permanent lockers provide the ease of having the same locker every time and the convenience of daily laundry service. If you're not interested in a permanent locker, day lockers are available for $4.
Workout Buddies
Feel free to bring in your friends and business associates to motivate you in achieving your fitness goals. The guest fee is only $15, and your guests are welcome up to FIVE times each year.
