Home of the only Nicklaus Signature Course on Hilton Head Island, The Golf Club was named one of the nation's Top Ten New Private Courses by Golf Digest when it opened in 1996. Created in a traditional style, The Golf Club is also the first in the nation to be designed by Jack Nicklaus and his son, Jack Nicklaus II.
Complimenting the course is an excellent Nicklaus-designed practice facility that recreates every kind of shot encountered on the links-from driving range and putting green to chipping areas and sand bunkers. The Club's distinctive Golf Cottage with its Scottish themed decor of leather, wood and tartan-houses the pro shop and a casual gathering place where Members stop in before and after their rounds.
