The concept of "Indian Wells Country Club" was first discussed by Paul and Isabelle Prom and Eddie and Jean Susalla during dinner at Ruby’s Dunes restaurant in Palm Springs in the fall of 1955. Within a week, 50 acres were purchased and plans began to transform the land into a nine-hole golf course. Opening Day of Indian Wells Country Club was held on December 22, 1956. Among the original owners and members of the Club was television star Desi Arnez, movie star Frank Sinatra and golf legend Bob Hope.
Today, Indian Wells is pleased to open our doors to a limited number of Golf Tournaments and Outings from June through September. The Classic and Cove courses are an excellent venue for corporate and/or charitable events. We are happy to customize a package according to your group's specific needs and budget.
