We are pleased to provide you with information regarding membership with the Capital City Club. The Capital City Club, established in 1979, is Raleigh's oldest private dining club. Located atop the Progress Energy building in the heart of Downtown Raleigh, our Club is ideal for entertaining, business or socializing, and oh what a view!
You will find that the City Club offers each of its members a relaxed environment featuring gracious service and wonderful food. Additionally, our Associate Club roster currently includes over 150 exceptional private Clubs throughout the US and abroad, and is updated regularly to meet our members' traveling needs (see Associate Clubs). Our members can enjoy golf privileges on exclusive courses such as Pinehurst courses 2, 4, 7, and 8, Indian Wells and Mission Hills Country Clubs in Palm Springs California, and the Firestone Country Club in Akron Ohio. Additionally, our Club offers the opportunity to network with other clubs and golf courses within the Triangle area.
The Capital City Club has many special events scheduled throughout the year that our members and their families can enjoy. Such events might include Mother's Day, Father's Day and Easter Brunches, Charity Balls, Wine Dinners, Valentine's Dances, Prelude dinners before Theater Performances, as well as informal events such as Family Night, Kid's Club, and Weekly Traditions.
We also have several very popular Clubs-Within-The-Club such as our Investment Club, Book Club, Business Alliance, Wine Society, Women's Club, a Club for our Young Executives, and the opportunity to receive cooking courses directly from our own Chef!
