Membership Cards
Each Member will be
issued a new Member Card from their Home Club identifying them as a
Dallas Fort Worth Society Member. Members must exhibit their Member
Card for reservations at all Clubs. Your Dallas Forth Worth Society
Membership number will be the same number previously issued to you by
your Home Club. Members must always be present when entertaining
Guests.
Membership Numbers
The Dallas Fort Worth
Society Membership number will consist of the Membership number
previously issued by the Member's Home Club. When making reservations
please identify yourself as a Dallas Fort Worth Society Member and
give your complete Membership number. This assures you of receiving
the preferred Society pricing for certain events.
Membership Statements
Members of Dallas Fort
Worth Society will receive one monthly statement from their Home club.
Statements will reflect charges incurred at all Society Clubs and
credits through the closing date of that month as well as dues charged
for the coming month. Questions regarding statements should be
directed to the accounting office of your Home Club between 9:00 a.m.
and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Reservations
Advance reservations are
required for golf, lunch, dinner and tennis at all Society Clubs.
Reservations may be made directly with the Society Office unless otherwise
noted. Reservations for ALL golf tee times, tickets and Society
special events must be made through the Society office.
Service Charge
All food and beverage
services rendered are acknowledged by signing a charge ticket with
your name and Membership number. An automatic service charge is added
to each ticket as well as applicable sales tax. The service charge
ensures the Member of a well-qualified professional staff to maintain
quality standards of the highest caliber. Club by-laws provide that
all service personnel share in the service charge; additional
gratuities are not required.
Paging / Cell Phones
The Club is a personal
retreat for Members. Therefore, Members are not paged for telephone
calls. Club employees will accept messages for Members and, in an
emergency, make every possible effort to assist in locating a Member.
While dining in Clubs, all cell phones and digital pagers should be
turned off or put on a silent mode.
House Rules
It is the intent of the
Board of Governors of each participating Club to limit these rules and
regulations to the minimum required for the mutual enjoyment of the
Club by all Members and their Guests. The obligation of enforcing
these rules for the good of all Members is placed primarily in the
hands of carefully selected and trained staff whose principle
responsibility is to ensure you of all courtesies, comforts,
privileges and services to which you, as a Member of Dallas Fort Worth
Society, are entitled. It is the duty of the Society Member to know
the rules and to cooperate with the Board of Governors and the staff
of each participating Club with their enforcement.
Continuous violations or failure to follow
Club rules by a visiting Society Member may result in the suspension
or termination of Society privileges.
