Diamante Property Owners Only Diamante Property Owners currently receive three complimentary guest passes per month and complimentary Buyer's Club membership. Members with out of town guests that live over 100 miles from Diamante, may make tee-times up to one month in advance for out of town guests. Only Property Owners may have a private cart.
Legacy
Children and grandchildren of Members may be proposed for membership to Diamante or any other Associate Club. The initiation deposit in effect at the time of enrollment is frozen and deferred until their 35th birthday. Legacy Members pay monthly dues in the classification of their choice.
Relocation
A Member of the Club, upon relocation may apply for membership to any other Associate Club beyond a 50-mile radius. The value of the Club's initiation fee at the time of the relocation may be applied to the initiation deposit at the new club, paying only the difference if one exists.
Assessments
Diamante, A Private Membership Golf Club, a partnership between Club Corporation of America and Cooper Communities, Inc. has established the "no Member assessment" policy.
Club Resorts
Special check-in and concierge service awaits Associate Club Members as well as Preferred room rates at these world class resorts. Club level attention is the hallmark and the rule for Members and their guests.
