
Membership in Shoreby Club is by invitation, with individual, corporate, junior and senior memberships available. The Club is Member-owned and governed by Members who serve as Trustees.
Members can also contribute their skills by serving on the various committees that advise the Club's manager. Committees are open to the entire membership, which allows Members to be as active as they choose.

CLASSIFICATIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership at Shoreby Club is by invitation only and approved by the Board of Trustees. The following categories of Equity and Non-Equity Membership, with applicable Initiation Deposits and Dues, have been established.
EQUITY MEMBERSHIPS
As an Equity Member of Shoreby Club, you will have full use of the Club's facilities and all Associate Club benefits. Equity Members have voting privileges can hold office and are entitled to a return on their Initiation Deposit in accordance with the Shoreby Club Equity Membership Offering. You will also have the unique privilege of being able to bestow Legacy Membership upon your children and grandchildren.
Individual Equity. Any Person shall be eligible to apply for an Individual Equity Membership. The Individual Equity Members (and Spouse) are entitled to full use of Shoreby Club's facilities.
Corporate Equity. Every Company that has one Equity Membership at full Initiation Deposit will be afforded the privilege of adding up to four additional Corporate Designees at a reduced initiation. Corporate Memberships can be re-designated for a nominal transfer fee. Corporate Members and their Spouses have full use of the Club's facilities.
*Additional Designee (up to 4) Memberships are available for a nominal Fee each. Corporate Designees are not entitled to vote, hold office or bestow Legacy. There is also a Transfer fee.
**There is a monthly Capital Improvement Fund Contribution added to each Shoreby Club Membership, regardless of Classification.
NON-EQUITY MEMBERSHIPSAs a Non-Equity Member, you and your family will have full use of Shoreby's facilities and certain Associate Club benefits, but cannot vote, hold office, bestow Legacy or receive a refund of the Membership Fee.
Junior Membership. Available for individuals between the ages of 18 and 39 years. The Membership Fee is the amount of the current Initiation Deposit for Equity Membership divided into equal annual installments until age 39. When the total Initiation Deposit is paid, the Membership will be "perfected" to Equity status and benefits of Equity Membership will be afforded thereafter.
Convertible/Junior Convertible Membership.A Non-equity, three-year term Membership category. An Individual or a Corporation can hold the Membership. At or before the end of the third year the Membership may be converted to an Equity Membership by paying an Initiation Deposit equal to the difference the Membership Fee previously paid and the Initiation Deposit currently charged for Equity Membership.

A payment schedule is reversed for Junior Convertible MembersSenior Statesman. Individuals age sixty-five (65) years or older may apply for Senior Statesman Membership.
North Coast Society. Available to any Shoreby Club Member. North Coast Society Membership offers select privileges at 12 additional clubs in Northeast Ohio including The Club at Key Center, Quail Hollow Country Club, and Wembley Club. Society Members also have access to a concierge service offering the best tickets to area sporting events, theater events, and concerts.
Signature Gold Benefits. Perfect for Members who love to travel. For a monthly fee you can enjoy special benefits at participating Signature Gold Clubs.
