Court Reservations
Reservations must be made by calling the tennis pro shop or in person no more than two days in advance. Courts may be reserved 1 1/2 hours for doubles and 1 hour for singles. Reservations must be made by adults. Juniors (Boys and Girls under age 15) may play as long as there are no adults using the courts. Please call 318-798-8302 to make your reservation.
Guests
Guests must be accompanied by a Member and play only if the Member plays along with them. All Members must register guests in the Tennis Pro Shop before play. Resident guests will be allowed to play with tennis members (1) once a month and not more than (6) six times in a twelve month period. Nonresident guests will be allowed to play with tennis members not more than (12) twelve times in a twelve month period. Members will be responsible for informing guests of all rules and dress code policies of the Club.
Guest Fees
Tuesday – Thursday $8.00 per guest
Friday – Sunday $10.00 per guest
Ball Machine
An electronic ball machine is available for your use during tennis pro shop hours. $6 for 30 minutes and $14 for one hour.
Pro Shop
The Southern Trace Tennis Shop offers a nice selection of tennis apparel and accessories. Gift Certificates for merchandise or lessons are also available.

Tuesday through Thursday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sunday 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
The Tennis Courts are closed on Monday to allow for routine maintenance.
Attire
Proper tennis attire must be worn by all players. No bathing suits, jeans, jams, cut-offs, etc. are allowed on the courts. Players must wear shirts at all times. Only regulation tennis shoes are allowed on the courts to help prevent damage to the court surface.
