To place your order, please call the CLUBLINE at (800)433-5079 or email them at CLUBLINE@CLUBCORP.COM. All seating will be Best Available at the time of order. Once tickets are guaranteed to you, your account will be billed. Tickets are sent to you at a charge of $10 through FedEX unless otherwise noted. Some tickets can be emailed upon request.
Here are a few basic guidelines, which apply to the sale of tickets:
TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Tickets are charged to your Home Club Membership. Must be a Society Member in good standing to purchase tickets or go on a waitlist for tickets.
- Tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
- Due to the growing number of society members requesting tickets, for some shows we must limit tickets per member per event.
- Tickets are purchased in even numbers and are therefore generally sold in even number allotments.
- Upon confirmation, cancellations will not be accepted.
(We will establish a waiting list and will try to resell cancelled tickets on your behalf if requested.)
Ticket pricing - please note that the "face value" printed on tickets does not reflect the total "ticket cost". Venues add taxes, handling charges and sometimes premium seat charges as well. The Society adds a minimal handling charge to cover our associated processing costs.
- This program was developed to enhance membership for all Members of the Jacksonville Society.
- In the event that the Society Office does not have a ticket for a particular event, we will be happy to contact a ticket broker on your behalf. Please keep in mind that brokers do sell their tickets at a premium (generally much higher than face value)
The Society's mission is to provide premium seats - not discounted pricing. We strive to offer our Members the "best of the best" in our ticket service and look forward to offering even more quality events and new venues as they become available.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The Society assumes no responsibility for the placement of stage, sound or light systems, nor for the content of performances, or for the cancellation of any event. By vote of the Board of Governors, a 10% service charge, minimum $5 per ticket, will be billed to cover the cost of reissuing misplaced tickets. The TICKET CONNECTION is a service of the Jacksonville Society and operates for the convenience and enjoyment of Society members. Society tickets are not intended for the resale market. Resale via the Internet could jeopardize Society/venue agreements. Any resale of tickets purchased from the Jacksonville Society is considered a violation of Society rules and policies, and may be grounds for termination of Jacksonville Society privileges.
