Trace Kid’s Club Child Care
Welcome to the Trace Kid’s Club at the Southern Trace. We can’t wait to get to know your child(ren). Every child needs room to grow, learn, laugh and explore through play. Our teachers are professionals at playing, singing, building, reading, dancing and giggling. Parents are always welcome to visit, just be prepared to have FUN!
Our goal at the Trace Kid’s Club is to provide an exciting, fun and safe environment for the children of our Members. We believe in giving children just enough room to learn, grow, laugh, discover, and experiment through interactive playing. The teachers at the Trace Kid’s Club will be able to give each individual child the care and attention they deserve due to our low teacher to child ratios. Our classroom will have a daily schedule that we will follow in order to give your child all of the physical and mental activities that provide a stimulating environment.
What is the Trace Kid’s Club?
The Trace Kid’s Club is a drop-in center available to Club Members while they are using the Club facilities. We offer care for children 12 months to 12 years.
Reservations are required at least one hour in advance and can be made as far ahead as one month. We have many children to care for so no standing reservations are allowed. Children can visit us for 6 hours a day and no more than 12 hours a week.
To enroll in the Trace Kid’s Club just bring us the completed Child Information Form, a signed Release Form, and the signed Enrollment Checklist.
We reserve the right to close early if there are no reservations.
Trace Kid’s Club promptly closes at the time posted.
Safety Precautions
Children must wear shoes, pants and shirts at all times. Swimsuits are not permitted unless they are under pants and shirts.
No outside food allowed.
Lunch and dinner menus are available for you to order between 11:00am - 1:00pm and 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Rules
A parent or legal Guardian must sign-in their child. Children cannot sign themselves in. You must leave a number where you can be reached in case of an emergency and be specific regarding what area of the Club you will be using.
Reservations are suggested. They must be made by 5pm the day prior to ensure availability. If you have not made a reservation and the room is full, you will not be admitted. You must cancel an hour in advance if you are not going to need your reservation so others may use the space. Call 798-8300 for reservations and cancellations.
Children may stay a maximum of 6 hours per visit and a total of up to 12 hours per week.
Parents must bring diapers and wipes labeled with their name for their child during their stay.
A parent will be notified if a child cries more than 5 minutes. Either they must calm down or be removed from the facility. Same policy for behavior issues.
A child must be fever FREE for 24 hours. A child with a fever, cold, cough, flu, or diarrhea will not be permitted in our facility. Any violation of this policy will result in thirty days suspension from Trace Kids.
The club is not responsible for loss or misplaced toys and miscellaneous items.
What is the charge to use the Trace Kid’s Club?
Complimentary for members.
Limited guest space will be based on availability.
The Parent or Legal Guardian MUST be on the Club property at all times while the child is in the Trace Kid’s Club Facility, this includes guests. If you are not utilizing an area of the Country Club when using this amenity you will be subject to a 6-month suspension from using our child care facility. Violations to Trace Kid’s Club rules will be turned over to the Trace Kid’s Club Committee and are subject to suspension or expulsion.
Trace Kid's Club can accommodate up to 8 children per attendant. Maximum number of children is 16.
