From Interstate 95Take the Broward Boulevard exit East, continue to Southeast Third Avenue. PASS Third Avenue and turn right into the first driveway to access parking.
From Federal HighwayAt Broward Boulevard, go west to Southeast Third Avenue (the first street light) and turn left. Make another left on Southeast Second Street (the first street light.) Turn left into the second driveway to access parking.
Daytime Parking Inside Parking Garage Rates Breakfast - complimentary until 8:30 am, tickets must be stamped by the Club Receptionist.
Lunch - parking is a $2.50 flat fee between the hours of 11:30 am - 3:00 pm and tickets must be stamped by the Club Receptionist.
Regular Parking Rates outside of those hours: $4.00 /1st hour, $3.00 for each additional hour up to a $16.00 maximum/day (after 5 hours)
Evening/Weekend Parking
Dinner - The inside parking garage is closed after 6:00 pm. During regular dinner hours, valet service is available after 5:30 pm in the covered parking area on the northeast corner of the building. Valet parking is complimentary for Tower Club Members and $5.00 per car for non-Members. Parking meters are available on Southeast Second Street for self-parking.
