Eric L. Affeldt
Eric is responsible for all aspects of domestic and international operations for “The World Leader in Private Clubs”. Prior to joining ClubCorp, Eric served as a principal of KSL Capital Partners, the private equity firm that recently purchased ClubCorp. Affeldt also previously served as president and CEO of KSL’s former golf division, KSL Fairways; vice president and general manager of Doral Golf Resort and Spa in Miami and the combined PGA West and La Quinta Resort and Club in California; and was a founding partner of KSL Recreation. In addition, Eric was president of General Aviation Holdings, Inc. He is currently an MDA Vice President and a member of the World Presidents' Organization and serves on the Boards of Avendra and Freemont College. In 2007 and 2008 Golf Inc. magazine named him the third most influential person in golf. In 2009 Eric was a regional finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Eric is the former manager of the Belgian National Baseball team. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Religion from Claremont McKenna College.
Mark Burnett
Mark Burnett is executive vice president, golf and country club division, and is responsible for all aspects of operations in the division. Prior to joining ClubCorp, Burnett served as executive vice president over operations of the eastern region at American Golf. His past experience also includes serving as chief operations officer then chief executive officer at KSL Fairways and regional vice president of operations for Golf Enterprises. Burnett, who is a member of the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA), holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Indiana University.
Andy Miller
Andy Miller serves as senior vice president, membership and sales for the country club division. He is responsible for enrollment and retention strategies. Prior to this role, Miller served as regional vice president, operations for ClubCorp's North Texas team in 2007. Previous roles include regional vice president, operations for the South Texas region based in Houston; vice president, membership and sales; and vice president, development and acquisitions. Miller began his career with ClubCorp in marketing research and progressed through the company’s club manager training program. After completing the program, Miller served as general manager for one of ClubCorp's largest country clubs in the early 90s. Andy holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in marketing from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree in education from the University of North Texas. Miller is an adjunct professor in the Hospitality School at the University of North Texas and has been a guest lecturer and panelist at the University of Houston as well as numerous golf and hospitality industry events.
Dolf Berle
Dolf serves as executive vice president of Hospitality and as division head for Business and Sports Clubs - responsible for all aspects of the division with the specific mission of reinvention for the contemporary marketplace. He is also responsible for all food, beverage, and hospitality services on a company-wide basis. Prior to joining the company in 2009, Dolf served as president for Lucky Strike Entertainment, LLC. His past experience includes service as COO of House of Blues Entertainment, Inc.; COO for Diedrich Coffee; a number of operating roles in both domestic and international PepsiCo Restaurant companies; and as a consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton. This experience includes a number of business turnarounds and repositionings. Dolf is a world-class masters-age-group track-and-field decathlete and a singer/songwriter of children’s music. He holds an AB in History and Literature from Harvard College, an MA in African History from the University of Zimbabwe, and an MBA from Harvard University.
Sean Laney
Sean Laney, senior vice president for the Business and Sports Clubs Division, is responsible for all aspects of operations in the division. He joined ClubCorp in 1982 and has served as general manager of various city, athletic, and country clubs, being named Rookie Manager of the Year in 1988 and Club Manager of the Year in 1991. Promoted to vice president of development in ’99, Laney directed the development of the business club implementation plan for ClubCorp. In 2004 Laney moved back into operations as a regional vice president of Business and Sports Clubs for the western and mid-America regions. In 2008 he became a senior vice president with operational responsibility for 56 operating clubs, over $230 million in annual revenues, and nearly 6,000 employee partners. Laney is a member of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) and the International Health and Racquet Sports Association (IHRSA).
Tom Chevins
Tom Chevins is senior vice president, sales for the business and sports club division. He is responsible for membership and private event sales. Prior to joining ClubCorp, Chevins served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Regus Group. His past experience also includes serving as senior vice president, sales and marketing positions at Omni Hotels and La Quinta Inns, Inc. Chevins attended Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island, where he majored in business administration, and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business-Center for Continuing Studies. Chevins is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association and a member of Meetings Professional International, where he was a former board member of the Meetings Professional International Foundation and served on the International Marketing Committee.
Ingrid Keiser
As general counsel, secretary, and executive vice president of People Strategy, Keiser oversees ClubCorp's legal department to provide ClubCorp and its subsidiaries legal counsel and support. Keiser also manages ClubCorp’s People Strategy department, including compensation and benefits, recruiting and training and human resources. Prior to her role at ClubCorp, Keiser served as an attorney at American Airlines, Inc., where she acted as the sole in-house benefits counsel and also handled employment litigation. Her past career experience includes serving as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary for Vail Resorts, Inc., and as senior counsel and secretary for Ralston Resorts, Inc. Keiser holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in Madison, and Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from University of California at Davis.
Daniel T. Tilley
Daniel Tilley serves as executive vice president, chief information officer. He is responsible for ClubCorp's information technology department and ensuring the department is aligned with the company's strategic initiatives. Prior to joining ClubCorp in 2007, Tilley served at BrightStar Golf Group, a California-based golf management firm, where he was a founding member of the management team and his roles included CIO and CFO. While at BrightStar, Tilley implemented the company's accounting system and developed financial models and lender packages for potential acquisitions. Previously, Tilley served as vice president of finance and CIO of Spectrum Clubs, a leader in the health and fitness industry. His past career experience also includes serving similar roles at Cobblestone Golf Group and at KSL Fairways. Tilley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh, and holds numerous awards for his expertise in the fields of technology and IT.
William T. Walden
Bill Walden is the senior vice president, purchasing of ClubCorp. He is responsible for all of the purchasing efforts for ClubCorp, including its strategic relationship with Avendra, a comprehensive procurement services company. Walden also is responsible for all aspects of ClubCorp's golf retail business. Prior to joining ClubCorp in 1998, Walden was with Frito-Lay North America (a division of PepsiCo, Inc.) for 13 years, where he held various positions in operations. He holds both Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Western Illinois University.
Jamie Walters
Jamie Walters is executive vice president, sales and marketing. Walters is responsible for a variety of areas, including membership enrollment, ClubCorp's Signature Gold membership benefit program, private events, food and beverage, strategic partnerships, tournaments and outings, and corporate communications. Prior to joining ClubCorp, Walters served as group president of hospitality and real estate for Kohler Co. in Wisconsin, overseeing the profitable growth, direction, and leadership in all of its worldwide locations. In addition, Walters brings more than 20 years of operations, sales, and marketing experience at two major, branded hotel companies. Walters is a former senior vice president of sales and executive vice president of operations for Wyndham Hotels and held a variety of property-based sales and marketing director positions for Hilton Hotels at The San Francisco Hilton, New York's famous Waldorf-Astoria, and the Chicago Hilton and Towers. Walters holds a bachelor's degree in hotel administration from the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business. He is a member of Meeting Planners International and a former board member of the Meeting Planners International Foundation.
David B. Woodyard
David B. Woodyard is the Executive Vice President, New Business Development. Woodyard is responsible for all domestic and international business development including club mergers, acquisitions and real estate development for all business and sports clubs. He is also a Trustee of the Employee Investment Plan. He joined ClubCorp in 1983 as an assistant manager and served as general manager of various city, athletic and country clubs, being named Rookie Manager of the year in 1985 and Club Manager of the year in 1990. Promoted to Vice President of New Business Development in ‘92, Woodyard directed the formation of various club’s “Board of Directors”, created new club membership sales and marketing plans and supervised all other facets of various new club development and start-up projects. In the mid ‘90s Woodyard moved back into operations as a Regional Vice President of Country, Business and Sports Clubs for the northeastern and mid-north regions. In 2003 he became Executive Vice President of the Business and Sports Club Division with responsibility for 56 operating clubs, over $230m in annual revenues and nearly 6,000 employee partners. Woodyard took over his current role in 2008 as the EVP of Business Development. He attended Ohio State University, is a member of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA), the International Health and Racquet Sports Association (IHRSA), serves as a Trustee of the Catholic Foundation, is a member of the Limbs for Life Foundation Fund-raising Committee and is a “Life-Loyal” Sigma Chi.
Curt McClellan
Curt McClellan is the chief financial officer. McClellen, a Texas native, most recently served as vice president of finance and controller for FedEx Kinko's, a $2 billion and 1,500-unit business specializing in print, copy, shipping, and business services. McClellan has worked in a number of retail-oriented, multi-store companies, including Randalls Food Market, Tom Thumb, and Digital Generation Systems. McClellan earned his bachelors degree in accounting from Abilene Christian University, in Abilene, Texas, and is a licensed CPA.

Dwayne Sigler
Dwayne Sigler serves as chief marketing officer. He is responsible for leading ClubCorp’s branding, strategic partnerships, and driving marketing initiatives. Prior to joining ClubCorp in 2010, Sigler, a seasoned marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience, served as senior vice president of marketing for Broadview Security, Inc. (previously Brinks Home Security) where he provided strategic marketing direction for new subscriber acquisition and corporate branding. Prior to Broadview, Sigler’s roles included vice presidential marketing positions at Giant Eagle, Inc. and General Nutrition Centers and a variety of marketing roles at NordicTrack, Inc. Sigler holds a B.B.A.. in general business from Pace University in New York, New York and a M.B.A. from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
