Water Workout
A non-impact cardiovascular and strengthening workout utilizing the resistance and buoyancy of the water.
Classes are held on Mondays and Fridays 12:30 - 1:15 p.m., Tuesdays & Thursdays
6:15 -7 p.m.
and Saturdays
10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
Swimming Lessons NYC
Learn2Swim
Two 25 minute sessions of swim instruction, designed to teach and/or develop your swimming skills.
Fee: $75
* For Members only. Limited to one package per Member. Must be used within 60 days after purchase.
Family Swim
Every Sunday from 1pm - 3:00 p.m. the pool is available to members and their families. Children must be 3 years or older or potty trained no diapers.

Bill Myles
Style
A patient positive and focused swim instructor, Bill offers a unique teaching style. He believes swimming efficiency combines the development of correct technique with emotional relaxation. This enables swimmers to learn rhythmic breathing as well as develop pace and endurance.
His teaching is successful to people of all levels. Fearful beginners as well as elite athletes benefit from his teaching. In addition, his students range in age from two to 100 years old.

That's why he has developed a goal-oriented approach to teaching, using customized drills to break down and rebuild your stroke. Give him a chance to prepare a personal program for you.
