Countryside Country Club has recently undergone a major renovation marking the last step of our 7 year $7 million renovation project, including New Champion Dwarf Bermudagrass greens as well as newly repaved cart paths and a state-of-the-art irrigation system. The characteristics of Champion grass is that it has twice the density of Tifdwarf grasses, and has better density than most bentgrasses at mowing heights of 1/8’’ or less. This allows the greens an exceptional tolerance of close mowing with the end result being an exceptional putting surface. This coupled with the picturesque Gary Player layout ultimately results in an unparalleled 27-hole golfing experience.
