Cardio Tennis Clinic

A clinic designed for men and women seeking a great, heart-pumping workout while grooving their strokes. Drills will especially improve conditioning and movement. The clinic will also include some fast-paced practice points and live ball hitting to work on strategy and match play. Saturday's & Sunday's | 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.

Women's Intermediate Drill & Strategy Clinic

A great clinic for intermediate-level women that combines feeding drills to refine stroke technique and game-simulated drills to work on shot selection and strategy.

Adult Beginners Clinic

An introduction to the fundamentals of the game, covering the basics of sound stroke production and footwork needed to develop consistency. Rules, scoring, and etiquette are included. Participants will learn basic skills needed for singles and doubles match play.

Women's Doubles Interclub Team Practices

A combination of drills and practice points to prepare players for interclub competitions. Drills will target footwork, court coverage, and shot selection. Drills will also rehearse common doubles game situations to make teammates' tactics stronger under pressure. Doubles tactics and strategies will be reviewed during each practice.

Pee Wees

An introduction to tennis for children ages 4 to 7. This clinic features a variety of fun games and hand-eye coordination drills, along with basics in stroke production to help children become acquainted with skills needed to play tennis.

Level: Beginners, ages 4 – 7 (we will group by age and ability)

Rising Stars
A clinic for young beginners through advanced beginners ages 8 to 12. Drills and games will help participants become familiar with basic fundamentals of tennis. The clinic will also feature agility and quickness drills to help develop foot work needed for tennis.

Junior Aces
A clinic designed for advanced-beginner through intermediate juniors ages 9 to 14 who lack competitive tennis experience. Drills will cover the fundamentals of strokes and footwork needed for match play. Drills will also help juniors to become better acquainted with game situations to help with court positioning and basic strategies. Rules, scoring and tennis etiquette are also covered.

Level: Advanced beginners through intermediate, ages 9 – 14

Junior Futures Team

Junior Advanced Team
A clinic designed for competitive juniors with middle school team, tournament, and/or high school team playing experience. Drills will focus on stroke technique and selection, footwork, court positioning, and strategy.

Level: Advanced, ages 13 – 17

Junior Drill & Strategy Clinic:  A 75-minute clinic designed for middle school/high school team and/or tournament-level players. Drills will rehearse common game situations. Match play with fellow students and pros will assist participants to become tournament tough. The clinic will include conditioning and footwork/ agility drills to improve court movement and endurance.

Level:  Tournament or high school/middle school team players, ages twelve to seventeen.
Day and time:  Wednesday afternoons, 1:00 – 2:15 p.m.
