Download our calendars directly to your desktop calendar or PDA using the options in the calendar page. Following are download and installation instructions for these calendar files.
NOTE: Please do not import these files into your calendar program more than once, as this may result in duplicate events. All scheduled events are subject to change.
1. How do I import a calendar in Outlook?
a. Select ‘Outlook’ on the download page and save the file somewhere on your computer. When you open the file directly after downloading it imports only the first event instead of the complete calendar
b. Open Outlook and select ‘import/export’ in the category ‘File’ in your menu. Note for multi calendar users: select the calendar where you like to import this information
c. Select ‘import a iCalendar or vCalendar (.vcs)’
d. Browse to the file you just downloaded and select ‘next’
e. The file is now saved to your calendar
2. How do I delete a calendar from Outlook?
a. Select your agenda in Outlook
b. In the menu bar select ‘view’
c. Select ‘current view’
d. Select ‘by category’
e. Find the calendar you want to delete and select it
f. Press ‘delete’
3. How do I Import a calendar in Lotus Notes?
a. Select Lotus Notes on the download page and save the file somewhere on your computer
b. Start Notes
c. Create a new mail memo
d. Attach the iCalendar file you just downloaded and save the memo as Draft
e. Open the Draft memo up and right click on the attachment
f. From the popup select “View” to see all entries in the file
g. Select those you wish to import and then click on Import Selected or Import All
h. Go to inbox and accept meetings
Unfortunately there is no direct Import ability for iCalendar data so the steps above are necessary for now. Hopefully this will change in the future.
4. How do I import a calendar into my Apple iCal Calendar?
1. Choose "iCal" from the list of available formats and save the file to your hard drive.
2. Open iCal
3. Select "Import" from the File menu
4. Choose "Import an iCal file"
5. Click "Import" and browse to find the .ics file that you downloaded
The events within the .ics file should now be imported into your iCal calendar.
5. How do I import a calendar into my Palm Desktop?
a. Select ‘Palm Desktop’ on the download page and save the file somewhere on your computer
b. Select in Palm Desktop ‘File’ and select ‘import/export’
c. Browse to the file you have downloaded (note: you may need to change 'files of type' to iCal '.ics' ) and select ‘import.’
