The menu options developed by Executive Chef Bruce Ross offer our Members the finest dining experience available in the Metroplex with the diversity afforded by the Triniti theme of trios – three distinctive menus for lunch and three for dinner.

Lunch options include an a la carte menu, an expanded action station featuring local, organic products and a new concept – “Club Table.” Club Table goes above and beyond a traditional buffet, incorporating a modern visual appeal with individual fares while maintaining the classic buffet concept.

For evening dining, the Club offers an innovative a la carte menu, a prix fixe menu and a chef’s tasting menu. The chef’s tasting menu consists of several courses that change daily based on the freshest seasonal ingredients available. Chef Ross developed the chef’s tasting menu to provide the palette with the experience of one main ingredient prepared three different ways – a range of flavors and tastes from around the world brought together in unique trio presentations unified by a primary ingredient. Imagine, for example, a dessert that mingles the taste of dark chocolate pots de crème, milk chocolate crème brûlée, and white chocolate cheesecake!
