Menu: Hard Boiled Eggs, Seder Plate with Ceremonial Passover Wine. Gefilte Fish with Beet Horseradish set on Boston Lettuce with Strips of Fresh Carrot, Garni, Golden Matzoh Ball Soup, Medley of Fresh Garden Greens with Herb Vinaigrette.
Main Course Choices: Braised Fresh Brisket of Beef, Grilled Atlantic Salmon with Dill Sauce or Roast Half Spring Chicken.
