Jake Falke has been part of the team at Aspen Glen since 2002. His first role was as an intern while studying golf course management at Kansas State University. Jake had the opportunity to return full time the following year as one of the assistant superintendents. He was promoted to Golf Course Superintendent in 2009 and really enjoys his role of working with golf maintenance team to provide top quality playing conditions for our Members.

Dave's interest in golf was spawned as a child while hanging out with his dad and Clubmaker neighbor “Franco”, who made persimmon woods in his garage. Dave is a Class A, PGA Certified Professional with his "Certified" accreditation being held in Teaching and Coaching. Although Dave has played golf from a young age, he also grew up a multi-sport athlete and believes this trait is important for athletic development. Dave enjoys spending time outdoors and, in addition to being a PGA Member, is proud to hold top accreditations through the Professional Ski Instructors of America & the American Association of Snowboard Instructors. Most of all, Dave loves spending time on the golf course and being active with his wife Aly and daughters Braelyn and Reese.

A native of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Chef Steven Sterritt attended Culinary School at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and graduated in August of 1999 with high honors.
Upon graduation Chef Steven followed his dream of living out West and moved to Colorado. Chef Steven has been cooking professionally for over 20 years and is a certified chef through the American Culinary Federation.
Sterritt has had the opportunity over his career to work at some of the most iconic hotels and restaurants in the country and brings that experience now to Aspen Glen. He also was a guest chef over the past three years for the PGA Masters Tournament in Augusta, GA serving up delicious creations for the members and players out of the Founders Kitchen.
Some places to note are The Peaks Resort & Golden Door Spa, & The Inn at Lost Creek in Telluride.
In Snowmass, Sterritt cooked up mountain cuisine for The Artisan Restaurant inside the Stonebridge Inn focusing on utilizing fresh, local, & sustainable cuisine.
Chef also spent some time in Vail at The Arrabelle hotel and The Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek, Colorado.
In his most recent role, Chef comes to Aspen Glen from the prestigious Steakhouse 316 in Aspen, CO where he served as the Executive Chef for CP Restaurant’s Group.

Email John Baggenstoss
John was born and raised in Saint Cloud, Minnesota and attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies and was a member of the men’s golf team. Upon graduation in 2013, he moved to Colorado to escape the frigid Minnesota winters.
His work history includes Town And Country Club, home to the first round of golf in Minnesota in 1893, Lakewood Country Club, and Greeley Country Club.
When not at work, his hobbies include golf, anything on the water, snowboarding, and hiking with his dog, Percy. He’s looking forward to spending time in the Roaring Fork Valley and picking up some new hobbies!
