Event Rooms

Ballroom | Level 200
The largest of our Private Event spaces, the Ballroom is located along the West side of McLane Stadium. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide beautiful views of Downtown Waco. The Ballroom features 40’ ceilings, built-in audio/ visual capabilities and a variety of floor layouts for galas, wedding receptions, business meetings, social dinners, and more.

Suite Lounge | Level 400
The Suite Lounge is our second-largest space, located two floors above the Ballroom along the West side of McLane Stadium. It features 30’ floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Downtown Waco. The Suite Lounge is perfect for business meetings, wedding receptions, formal and social dinners, and more.

North Lounge | Level 400
The North Lounge is located on the Northwest side of McLane Stadium. It features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of beautiful Downtown Waco. It has access to an outdoor patio that provides breathtaking views of the field. The North Lounge is ideal for smaller business meetings, and social receptions or dinners.

President’s Suite | Level 500
The President’s Suite is undoubtedly the premier space at McLane Stadium. Located on the Southwest side of the stadium, it features an outdoor balcony and gorgeous views of John Eddie Williams field, Baylor’s campus, and Downtown Waco—the best view in town! The President’s Suite is the spot for business meetings, formal and social dinners, and small receptions and rehearsal dinners.

Press Lounge | Level 500
The Press Lounge is a large event space located on the Northwest side of McLane Stadium. It features views of both Downtown Waco and John Eddie Williams field. The Press Lounge is a great space for casual business meetings, training sessions, and large luncheons.

Private Suites | Level 500
There are two Private Suites located on the 500 level of McLane Stadium. Each suite has a fantastic view of John Eddie Williams field. The spaces are perfect for small receptions, intimate dinners, board meetings, bridal showers, and more!
