Mike Mosel is originally from Corpus Christi, Texas and is a proud fifth generation Texan. He began his career with ClubCorp in 1989 while studying Hospitality Management at Del Mar College.
Throughout his tenure with the company, Mike has contributed to the successful operations at five different properties - most recently, at the University of Texas Club as their Director of Food and Beverage. He has been recognized six times by ClubCorp's National Awards Recognition Program as both a Super Star and All Star Award Recipient.
Mike joined the Baylor Club team in January of 2016 as the Club's General Manager. Mike has been married to his wife Cindy for 18 years, and they have two wonderful daughters, Maddy and Audrey.
April is a McLennan County native, born and raised in the Waco area with strong family ties to the community. While attending Sam Houston State University she fell in love with the Bearkats and quickly developed a passion for cheering them on. That passion grew to also include the Baylor Bears. She joined the Baylor Club in July of 2014 after a proudly serving on Team Providence the past several years.
April resides in Robinson, Texas with her husband,Jason, and three children, Ashtyn, Lyndi and Camden. When she is not at a Baylor event, dance, gymnastics or the soccer field with her family, you can most likely find her at the family farm or reading a good book.
She loves supporting Baylor Nation and enjoys being a part of the Baylor Club staff and supports all Baylor athletic events, including her favorite; tailgating.
Originally from Dallas/Fort Worth, Stephanie has called a number of states home throughout her career including Utah, Oregon, Washington State and Oklahoma. After years of travel, finally laying down roots in Waco has been an exciting new chapter for her family, including her Waco native husband, two young kids and chocolate lab.
Stephanie began her career in the food and beverage industry with Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. From there she headed to wine country and worked in sales for a number of prominent wineries in Washington and Oregon, as a Certified Sommelier. As the Director of Sales, Marketing and Communication at a private country club in Tulsa, OK, she gained a love for the industry and the members she served. Stephanie joined the Baylor Club in 2018 as Membership Director.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Alivia made her way to Waco as fast as she could. Her dream was to attend Baylor University and be the first collegiate graduate in her family. She recently made her dream a reality in December of 2018 as she walked across the graduation stage, but she wasn’t done yet. Alivia will begin working on her Master’s degree in January 2020.
Alivia joined the Baylor Club team in August of 2015 as a server and has since worked her way through the ranks. She now calls Robinson, Texas home with her two rescue dogs, Daisy and Trigger, and boyfriend, Benjamin Gomez. When she is not putting on a member event at the Club, she loves taking her dogs to the park or jumping in the truck to take a day trip to Austin or Dallas.
Originally from Corpus Christi, Candice is the oldest of five girls and attended the University of Texas at Austin. She started her career in hospitality at the University of Texas Club, where she advanced from a receptionist to a private event coordinator within 2 years. In her years at the UT Club, she was the sole coordinator of the 116 private suites at the Darryl K Royal Memorial Stadium, and assisted with the coordination of all other private events, over 700 events annually. Candice’s passion for stadium clubs quickly grew while in the private event department.
Wanting to expand her knowledge in the hospitality industry, Candice moved to San Antonio, TX to join The St. Antony, a Luxury Hotel as Catering Account Executive. At The St. Anthony she focused on wedding and social events while broadening her foundation in hospitality.
Candice is excited for the opportunity to be back in the stadium club environment on the Private Events team at The Baylor Club! During her off time, she enjoys hanging out with her Chihuahuas Prescott and Zoe, friends and family. Growing up in a small town, she looks forward to becoming acquainted with Waco, TX and making it her new home.
Rebecca called Raleigh North Carolina home for the past 30 years. There she spent five years as Private Event Director at City Club Raleigh before becoming Assistant Catering Director at NC State University. When it was time for a new adventure in life joining the ClubCorp team again seemed like the perfect idea. As fate would have it Baylor Club was seeking a Private Event Director. Rebecca knew nothing of Waco at the time, but after a quick visit to the Club, she knew it was where she belonged. She has enjoyed the past six months exploring the area and getting to know the Members.
Born and raised in Houston, Chef Lee brings 25 years of dedicated culinary experience to the Baylor Club. A seasoned ClubCorp Employee Partner, Chef Lee has been with the company for 5 years - most recently serving as the Executive Chef at Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco, TX and Stonebridge Ranch Country Club in McKinney, TX.
Chef Lee holds a Diplome de Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and is also a Culinary Arts graduate of the Arts Institute of Houston. In his spare time, Chef Lee enjoys backyard barbecues, and spending time with his wife Kim and his son Jackson. Chef Lee is excited to explore Waco and bring exciting change to the Baylor Club's culinary team!
Steve Pitts is a native Wacoan that began his Club Corp journey as a Saucier at the Brazos Club while studying Culinary Arts at Texas State Technical College. Steve has many fond childhood memories of attending game-days with his brothers at the Heart of Texas Coliseum and Floyd Casey Stadium cheering on the Baylor Bears basketball and football teams.
Prior to his return to Club Corp, Steve developed markets across 7 states as a Multi-Unit Operator for Applebee’s, Starbucks and Potbelly Sandwich Company. He takes great pride in supporting Baylor Nation and the members of the Baylor Club while providing growth opportunities for the team members he now serves.
Steve and his wife Tammy have been married for 19 years and have two beautiful daughters, Avery and Naomi. During their family time, they enjoy visiting and hiking America’s National Parks, as well as attending various sporting events.
Josh joined the Baylor Club in 2016 as the Banquet Manger. He has since climbed the ladder and is now the Service Director, overseeing all food and beverage operations as well as private events. Prior to joining the Club, Josh worked for a local private events company for 13 years when he decided he needed a change of scenery.
Josh is a Waco native and wouldn’t have it any other way! When he is not at the Club, Josh loves to go on runs or hang out his daughter Madelynn (3), who is the love of his life.
After spending 41 years in Waco and 28 of those years owning and operating a local dry cleaners, Alison was ready for a change and joined the Baylor Club family as the Accounting Assistant in August 2015. Alison has since been promoted to Office Accountant/Administrator and is happy to help you with your billing needs. Alison’s relationships and knowledge of people within the Waco community has been an extreme asset to the Club.
Married with three boys: Braden 17, Blake 13, and Brody 9 – Alison is kept pretty busy. She spends most of her free time supporting her boys at football, basketball, and baseball games.
Alison, AKA “Ali,” never leaves home without a smile and is always the first to offer a helping hand. She has always been a Baylor Bear fan and is happy to be on staff here at McLane Stadium.
