Taylor lives in Oceanside, and enjoys spending time at the beach, and being outdoors. She has too many hobbies to mention, but her favorite is spending time with her family, friends, husband, and her dog, Rocky.
My career has extended for more than 30 years encompassing the many facets of the hospitality industry. By far my favorite part of the hospitality industry is meeting new people and hearing everyone’s unique stories.
When I am not working, I enjoy archery, a good comedy, the wineries of Temecula and hanging out with family and friends. I am originally from Hawaii, currently residing in Temecula with my husband and our two dogs.

Being fortunate enough to spend the last 15 years in the Hospitality industry has afforded him the luxury of constantly being surrounded by all three – not a bad way to make a living! Along the way, CJ has worked for some amazing restaurants such as Croce’s Jazz Bar & Grill, Palm Restaurant, Hillstone, Houston’s, R+D Kitchen, Gulfstream, Bandera, Season’s 52 and more. He has honed his skills in every facet of the operation, from starting as Food Runner and Busser, to being the General Manager and Executive Chef for restaurants operating at over 12 million dollars a year. He brings this wealth of knowledge and experience, his passion for fine foods and entertainment, and an abiding love of golf with him every day.
CJ, and his wife Mirna, live in Temecula with their daughters Mia and Nora. Whenever CJ is away from work, he is spending time with his family, playing with his kids and nurturing their mutual love of good food!
