Canterwood offers a private, 24-hour workout facility for all fitness levels.  We feature state of the art treadmills, stationary bikes & elliptical machines for cardiovascular health. In addition, we offer several weight training options including dumbells, machines and kettle bells. 

In addition to our fitness center we offer classes in our main club house at the motion studio. (* are fee based classes)
