Tyler was born and raised in Southern California, where he learned to love restaurants and hospitality from an early age. He attended Seattle Pacific University, graduating with degrees in Music and Business & Political Leadership. He then moved back to Southern California and began his career in Food & Beverage and Hospitality, leading teams in different venues ranging from multi-unit fast casual concepts to Forbes 5-star fine dining restaurants.
Tyler and his wife Ashley returned to the Pacific Northwest to raise their family, relocating to Gig Harbor at the end of 2017. Tyler has an immense passion for food and wine, both of which he explores personally, as well as professionally. He also enjoys spending time with his family and being outside and around water as much as possible.

A northwest native, Rebecca came to Canterwood Golf and Club as the Private Events Director in 2012. Her passion for excellence and detail turned towards the membership department after three years. The shift to Director of Membership allowed for long term relationships with members and she finds this the favorite part of her job. Rebecca holds an additional role with ClubCorp as the Regional Membership Field Specialist.
After many years tending bar at a corporate chain restaurant, I was eager for something more professional. I started at Canterwood in March of 2014 and quickly became accustomed to the Clublife atmosphere and the variety of jobs available. I was hired as a server but spent many months as a food runner and working banquets. I soon became a pool server, restaurant hostess and beverage cart attendant. I experienced my first Men’s Member Guest Invitational loading up my beverage cart at 5am and driving around all day witnessing the intensity of such a big golf tournament. After a year and a half I was promoted to lead server, helping to train new staff and assist restaurant operations. I then moved into the Banquet Captain position where I spent the last couple of years learning the mechanics of banquets and how to successfully lead a team. In November of 2017 I was promoted to Food and Beverage Manager at Canterwood. It has been such an exciting experience and every day I learn more and more about myself and how to be successful.
Outside of work, I enjoy fitness classes, reading, journaling and spending time with my big family.
After graduating from Eastern Washington University with her bachelor’s in Communication, Public Relations, Alicia joined the Canterwood Team in 2019 with a passion for member organizations and event planning. She finds joy in helping connect members to one another, finding their home at Canterwood through events, clubs, and personal connections. When not at work Alicia enjoys spending time with her dog, Murphy, and tending to her indoor forest of house plants.

Becky has worked at Canterwood since 2008, starting her career as a bartender/ bar manager for six plus years. She moved into the accounting office in 2014 and recently received her bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
She enjoys hiking and camping with her two children.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Brandon first step foot in the hospitality industry bussing tables on Waikiki Beach, after returning home from starting his undergraduate studies at Oregon State University in 1999. He trained for various positions in the restaurants and bars throughout the resort to help make ends meet as he embarked on the lengthy journey to complete his studies at the University of Hawaii. When he (finally) earned his diploma, Brandon realized that entertaining others and creating memorable experiences was his calling, and a career in the hospitality industry was the perfect means to that end. It was then that Brandon joined the management team of the Moana Surfrider in 2007, where he performed multiple leadership roles in the Food and Beverage department until receiving his first Director of Food & Beverage appointment at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa in 2011. Brandon then moved to The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas in 2014, where he served as Director of Food & Beverage until being afforded the opportunity to open The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas in 2017, at which time he was appointed as Complex Director of Food & Beverage for both villa resorts. In March of 2020, Brandon relocated to the Pacific Northwest with his wife of 6 years and their 2-year old French Bulldog, and now call Gig Harbor and Canterwood Golf and Country Club home.
Chef Carlos Beltre a native from the Dominican Republic, grew up in New York City and discovered his passion for cooking at a young age while working in his mother's restaurant after school. He was exposed to a variety of bold flavors, spices and a world of limitless creativity. After graduation from the International Culinary Culinary in Soho Chef Carlos began his career working as a dishwasher for different restaurants across New York City. After several months he was given an opportunity as a Line Cook at Chefs Club By Bon Appetite where his career and skills flourished by continually challenging himself to learn new techniques and improving both his pallet and his knowledge of food. Shortly before moving to Washington with his wife Carlos worked with The Make It Nice Restaurant Group and helped open their new fast casual concept restaurant in Downtown Manhattan. Since being in Seattle he's had the pleasure of working in the Historic Hotel Sorrento and Mamnoon which was voted one of the best restaurants in Seattle by Eater Magazine.

John has been the Golf Course Superintendent at Canterwood Golf and Country Club since 2011. Prior to Canterwood, he was the Director of Agronomy at Braemar Country Club in Los Angeles, CA for three years. John has over 40 years of experience in the turf-grass industry, including seven years as Superintendent of Parks, and 10 years as Recreation Manager for the City of Port Angeles. He received his Bachelor’s degree in turf-grass from Washington State University.
He is married to Laurie, who with their daughter, own and operate a small gift store and toy store in Tacoma. He and Laurie have two children, Casey and Jennifer, and four grandchildren.

Ross Eaton is a United States Professional Tennis Association teaching professional with 30 years of service. He is a USPTA/USTA certified specialist in competitive player development – he was one of the first 250 coaches in the nation to receive this certification. For eight years he worked as a USTA Competition Training Center coach, two of which he was the head coach for Washington State. Ross is USTA certified in both levels of sports science: Level 1: Coaching Philosophy/Methodologies and Level 2: Sports Physiology, Nutrition, Biomechanics, Sports Medicine, Sports Psychology, Motor Learning.
Ross has worked with players from three years old to those well over 80. He has helped players at every level of the game, having worked with complete novices to developing numerous collegiate level and nationally ranked players. He has been the long term Tennis Director at two clubs, revitalizing both with his leadership and making substantial gains in both budget, atmosphere and Member satisfaction. He co-founded a Community Tennis Association, led a group to initiate a PNW USPTA Hall of Fame, and is a regular convention and seminar speaker on coaching tennis. He has served as Treasurer, Vice President and President of the USPTA PNW board of directors, and was a National Executive Committee member of the USPTA. He was the 2001 Team Wilson Pacific Northwest Pro of the Year, the 2006 USPTA PNW Pro of the year and earned the 2010 USPTA PNW Star Award. He lives in the Seattle area.
