Allen Fredrickson

Allen Fredrickson is originally from Oregon and moved to Atlanta, Georgia where we attended high school and college. He moved to Las Vegas in 1996 and has experience in managing a variety of restaurants throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Including Vegas strip favorites like Pink Taco at Hard Rock and Lavo at The Palazzo.

Allen joined Canyon Gate in 2009 as the Food and Beverage Director. In 2012, Allen left Canyon Gate to become Anthem Country Club LV’s Food and Beverage Director. He returned to Canyon Gate in 2015.  In December 2016, Allen became the Club's General Manager.

He enjoys golfing, football, food & wine, and spending time with his wife and two sons. 

Shelbie Herrington

Shelbie Herrington was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She graduated from UNLV with a degree in Marketing/Journalism. While attending UNLV, she began working for MGM Resorts International. Over the course of 8 years, she worked for The Mirage, Mandalay Bay/Delano, Bellagio and Park MGM. 

In Shelbie’s free time she enjoys spending time with her two goldendoodles, baking and reading.

Dominique Acevedo

Dominique is an event-planning enthusiast originally born in Cleveland, but raised in Las Vegas where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (Go Rebels!). She brings over a decade of hospitality and event management experience at luxury properties such as MGM Grand, The Mirage, Caesar's Palace and Shadow Creek Golf Course. During her tenure she has planned successful events for professional sports teams, multi-million dollar galas with celebrity performers and countless weddings and other social events. 

Her passion is making her client's dreams become a reality and she loves seeing their joyous reactions when they enter their room. Dominique believes that the smallest details can have the biggest impact on an event and loves thinking outside of the box and being creative. 

In her leisure time she loves going to bootcamp classes, snuggling with her two fur babies (Winnie the maltipoo and Krewella the yorkiepoo), and watching her Cleveland sports teams attempt to win games.

Adam Handren

Adam Handren is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. At a young age, he moved to Maryland and then to Utah where he went to high school and college. At the University of Utah, Adam received a degree in Economics with a minor in business. After college he started working for a medical company, but decided to pursue a golf career instead. Working at a few Utah golf courses Adam decided that winter is only something you visit, not live in, so he moved to Palm Springs, California. After working there for a few years, he then moved to Las Vegas and started working at Red Rock Country Club. He’s been at Canyon Gate Country Club since 2016 and is very excited to have landed in such a great place!

He is TPI certified which is a system of testing the body to find deficiency which by fixing will relieve pain and help you swing better. Adam is the coach of a local high school team. He enjoys rugby which he played in college, teaching/coaching, and spending time with his dogs.

Crombie Hatfield

Crombie Hatfield was born in Zimbabwe and grew up in South Africa. After graduating high school he spent two years in the Army. At age 20, Crombie left for Europe where he spent almost two years teaching tennis in Austria.

While playing tournaments in Europe, he was recruited by UNLV and received a full tennis scholarship. After college, he returned to South Africa where he successfully managed his own tennis school for over 10 years.

Crombie returned to the United States and became the Head Tennis Pro at Red Rock Country Club and at The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe in San Diego. In 2012, Crombie accepted the Director of Tennis at Canyon Gate.

Crombie, his wife Cally and their two daughters, Kate and Mia all play and enjoy tennis.

CJ Cucciniello

Chef CJ is originally from Springfield, New Jersey.  After graduating high school, he attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Professional Studies: Culinary Arts Management. 

Upon graduation, he worked for a French Master Chef at Baltusrol Golf Club in his hometown of Springfield. Chef CJ moved to Las Vegas, where he worked for chefs such as Alex Stratta and Wolfgang Puck.  From there, he reunited with the country club atmosphere by working at both Canyon Gate and Red Rock Country Clubs.

Chef CJ and his wife, who is a teacher for the Clark Country School District, have been living in Las Vegas for over 10 years.

They currently reside in Summerlin with their two wonderful sons.  As a family, they enjoy going to the local community parks and the Farmer's Market.

Gordon Parker

Gordon was raised in Kentucky. He studied voice at the University of Louisville and went on to sing with Kentucky Opera for 5 years and then retired from singing at a young age and became the Special Events Director of the Opera for 10 years.

He then was one of the founders of Sports Blast International, a chain of Indoor Soccer Arenas with six arenas in five states that are still open today. He was the Chairman of Indoor Soccer in the United States.

He moved to Las Vegas in 2004 and obtained a Real Estate License that he still holds today. He worked for ClubCorp, Bear’s Best Las Vegas, as their Private Events Director from 2008-2016 where his accomplishments put him in  the Hall of Fame for ClubCorp.  He retired as went back into Real Estate.

In 2020 He became the Regional Tournament Sales Director for Canyon Gate and Bear’s Best selling golf outings and tournaments for both clubs.

He has a son and two granddaughters that live in Las Vegas. He enjoys golf. Tennis, and bowling.

Celeste Alvarado

As the office manager, Celeste is primarily responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of club administrative processes such as: accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources and payroll.

Celeste is married with two children. She was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California and moved to Las Vegas in 2006.

Greg Todd

Greg Todd is originally from Colorado until his family was transferred to Tucson, Arizona where he attended High School. This is where he fell in love with being on the golf course and began his career as a Golf Course Superintendent.

He attended Michigan State University and received his degree in Turfgrass Management. His 36 years of experience range from being a Grow-in Superintendent for the Robert Trent Jones Trail of Golf in Alabama. To working for the PGA Tour here in Las Vegas at TPC Summerlin.

When Greg isn’t on the golf course he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kimberly, who is an Assistant Principal here in Las Vegas at CCSD. They also enjoy camping, fishing and riding their Harley Davidson Motorcycles.

Courtney Feldscher

Courtney is originally from Sonoma County, CA and earned her B.A. in Visual Arts Media with an emphasis in Photography from U.C. San Diego.

After college, she pursued a Tech/SaaS Sales career in San Francisco while continuing to take classes in Visual Arts, Graphic Design and Event Planning.

Her husband’s career as a Golf Professional lead them to Las Vegas in 2016 and she started working at Canyon Gate in 2018. Her role is focused on planning member events, and is responsible for marketing and social media.

Outside of work, she loves going to spin classes, wine tasting, and is obsessed with her Dalmatian mix rescue, Dutchess.

Vince Brown

Vince Brown was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where he became a 6 Time Iowa Golden Gloves Boxing Champion.

After, Vince fought in the 1984 and 1988 Western Olympic Trials Box Off Tournament and on the undercard of Oscar Dela Hoya along with Floyd Mayweather at Thomas & Mack Arena in Las Vegas Nevada in 1997. He decided to move to Las Vegas in 2001.

Before moving to Vegas Vince was the General Manager at a Gold's Gym in Cedar Rapids Iowa for 7 years.

Prior to becoming the Fitness Director at Canyon Gate Country Club, Vince worked as a personal trainer, boxing coach at City Athletic Club Las Vegas from 6/11 to present and Round 1 Boxing Gym here in Las Vegas from 4/04-6/11.

In 2011 and 2012 Vince organized and staged two charity boxing events for the local Boys & Girls Club at the Tropicana Hotel Casino & Palms Hotel casino with an average attendance of 1,200 guest.

What Vince does for enjoyment is putting together social entertainment events such as his neighborhood block party with 50 neighbors attending in the summer of 2018.

Bridget Mosher

Originally from Florida, Bridget fell in love with Hospitality from a young age. She was inspired to attend Valencia Community College to obtain her Hospitality Management degree. Bridget began her career as a Sales & Marketing Manager focusing on creating memorable experiences for her guests. After transitioning into Operations, Bridget began cultivating her skills at some well recognized industry leaders such as Walt Disney World Resorts, Omni Hotels & Resorts, and Four Seasons. One of her favorite aspects of working in Hospitality is being able to travel and experience new locations. Bridget's career has allowed her to live in Tucson, Nashville, San Francisco, and she is thrilled to now be achieving a life goal of moving to Las Vegas. 

When Bridget isn’t busy delighting her guests, she can be found expanding on her passion for wine and craft cocktails. During her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, live music, and spending time at the dog park with her English Bulldog, Rye.

Brandon Johnson

Brandon Johnson was born and raised in Olympia, Washington. He grew up playing basketball and baseball, and it wasn’t until his dad took him to the driving range, the summer before high school, where he developed a passion for golf. By his Senior year, he was a top amateur in Washington and went on to play for Walla Walla Community College, which ranked as the best golf team for a Junior College in the Pacific Northwest.  

Brandon moved to Las Vegas in 2006 to continue to work on his game and attend UNLV where he earned a degree in Professional Golf Management. During that time, he gained an interest in teaching, and became a PGA certified teaching professional who has worked at a few different courses across the Valley. Before landing this great teaching opportunity at Canyon Gate, Brandon spent 4 years as the Lead Instructor at Topgolf Las Vegas where he taught everything from individual lessons to large clinics and corporate outings. He also became a Master Club Fitter for Callaway, doing countless fittings for the Callaway Fitting Studio at Topgolf.  

Brandon still enjoys playing the game as much as he enjoys teaching it. He plays in professional tournaments, section events, and qualifiers any chance he can get but he loves playing with people of all skill levels – don’t hesitate to ask him if he wants to play a round of golf!
