James (Jim) Haughney serves as General Manager of the Citrus Club overseeing Membership, Marketing, Operations and Asset Care of the Club. A 28-year resident of Orlando, originally from Manhattan, Haughney most recently served as General Manager of the B Resort Disney Springs. Starting out in the Restaurant Industry, Haughney joined Hilton Hotels and was Chef of the Marco Polo Club of the Waldorf Astoria NYC. Jim brings 35+ years’ experience in hospitality including Club Management, Timeshare Member Management, Restaurant and Catering Event Management, Hotels and Resort Management, Spa, Golf and Retail oversight. Jim has served in senior corporate roles with Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Crescent Hotels, and Holiday Inn Club Vacations with responsibility for managing sales & marketing, human resources, information technology, hotel, club, gaming and timeshare accounting, design and renovation, and new hotel and restaurant opening. Jim attended Iona College and Brooklyn College for Hospitality Management.
Originally from central Illinois, Traci received a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University. From there, she has worked for a variety of companies, including Walt Disney World, Villa's of Grand Cypress, Marriott and Continental Airlines and has lived in Houston, Cleveland and St. Louis.
After joining the Citrus Club team as the Member Relations Director in 2005, she also became a Regional Field Specialist for ClubCorp, which helps coach and train new MRD's in the company.
Traci will consistently share that she loves seeing the connections that happen at our Club every day. As part of her role is planning events for Members to meet each other, she truly strives to make sure Members are getting the most out of their membership. She also has witnessed so many business partnerships and friendships and believes this has to do with the quality of people that are Members of the Citrus Club.
When not working, Traci enjoys enjoy spending time with family and friends, whether that be going out to enjoy live music, festivals or local restaurants. She is also a Chicago Cubs fan and enjoys traveling to Illinois to see her family.
Kristen began her career with ClubCorp in 2007 while studying Event Management at Florida State University. While working at the University Center Club, she developed a passion for building relationships with Members and planning events. Kristen went on to become a Private Event Director at the Texas Tech Club. A few years later, Kristen rejoined the University Center Club to be closer to family and loved ones.
She is originally from South Florida and loves to visit her family whenever she can. Kristen is an avid sports fan especially when it comes to cheering on her Florida State Seminoles and hometown teams. She enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her fiancé.
Molly Kirk was born and raised in sunny Florida. She chose to attend the University of North Florida to continue to enjoy the warm weather.
She set forth in the hospitality industry while in college at TPC Sawgrass, home to PGA TOUR headquarters, and world-renowned golf course in Ponte Vedra Beach that hosts THE PLAYERS Championship. She stayed with TPC Sawgrass for more than thirteen years, working in all facets of the company, but mostly in Private Events.
She has an eye for detail and a great passion for fulfilling the vision of clients on some of the most important and memorable days of their lives. She moved down to Orlando with her family in January and is excited to be a part of the Citrus Club family.
Chef Reiner graduated from the Disney Culinary Apprentice Program in 1995 at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. While at Disney World, Chef Drygala apprenticed for the United States Culinary Olympic Team and worked under world class Master Chefs. There he worked in 17 different kitchens on Disney property. After leaving Disney, Chef Drygala moved to Colorado and worked in a restaurant in Breckenridge where he learned to prepare game meats such as elk, rattle snake and black bear. Next he moved back to Florida where he became a corporate trainer for Darden and opened seven restaurants all over the United States.
Chef Reiner is an active member of the American Culinary Federation (the foremost authority on food in the United States) since 1992, while still in high school. Chef Drygala was awarded “Culinarian of the Year 2010” and “Chef of the Year 2011” by the Southwest Florida Chefs Association. He also completed his Certified Executive Chef May 2011.
Chef Drygala aims for an upscale menu at the Citrus Club while serving the highest quality wholesome food. He believes in “going green” whenever possible using local farmers, organic foods and meats that are free of growth stimulants, antibiotics and hormones.
Mary has worked at Citrus Club for 32 years and is currently in the role of Office Administrator. She has been married for 27 years and has two sons that attend the University of Central Florida. She loves to spend time with her family and is very active at her church where she sings in the choir.
Justin is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who has worked at the Citrus Club Spa & Fitness Center for the past 15 years. As a Cancer survivor, Justin values the importance of an all-around healthy lifestyle which encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. His clients benefit not only from his professional sports and fitness training, but from his own life experiences and passion for helping others. His patience, dedication, and knowledge would greatly benefit anyone seeking to either improve upon their existing fitness regimen, or those who are brave enough to begin an exciting and results-driven journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
