Jeff brings with him extensive experience in both fine dining, sports and entertainment dining and an expertise in food, beverage and hospitality operations, business to business relations, internal culture building and membership loyalty, by building relationships and enriching lives.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Jeff graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Business Management. Following graduation, Jeff began his life goal of flying helicopters in the United States Army. Following graduation from the U.S. Army Aviation Center, Jeff participated in multiple aerial combat campaigns as an Army Aviator; Operation Just Cause, Operation Desert Shield, Operation Desert Storm, along with other military missions. Jeff was awarded multiple medals for his acts of valor, most notably, two Air Medals, one medal awarded with the Valor Device.
Following his military career, Jeff returned to his hospitality roots in Columbus, Ohio, at The Buckeye Hall of Fame Café and Morton’s The Steakhouse, before moving to the Florida market and working as General Manager of Restaurants for The Miami Heat/American Airlines Arena and the Tavistock Restaurant Collection, in both Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. Jeff is also a proud dad to 2 sons.

David joined the Citrus Club in 2013 with 15 years of sales and sales leadership experience at multiple Fortune 500 companies. While he enjoys running and competing in different types of races, at the center of his universe is his 10-year old daughter. The two enjoy running 5Ks together, playing tennis, and walking her Jack Russell terrorist named Oreo.
Although he has lived in Florida since 2003, David remains a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan.
June is a native Floridian born in Tampa, but raised as an “Army brat” throughout the US and Europe. After settling in Orlando in 2000 to attend college, she began her career in luxury sales with specific focus on building client relations. After 20 years of sales experience what June values most is building lasting authentic relationships with her clientele. In her free time, she continues her commitment to Central Florida by volunteering with varies charities and serving on multiple philanthropic boards. Last but never least, she defines her most important role in this world as “mom” to her daughter and son.
Originally from central Illinois, Traci received a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University. From there, she has worked for a variety of companies, including Walt Disney World, Villa's of Grand Cypress, Marriott and Continental Airlines and has lived in Houston, Cleveland and St. Louis.
After joining the Citrus Club team as the Member Relations Director in 2005, she also became a Regional Field Specialist for ClubCorp, which helps coach and train new MRD's in the company.
Traci will consistently share that she loves seeing the connections that happen at our Club every day. As part of her role is planning events for Members to meet each other, she truly strives to make sure Members are getting the most out of their membership. She also has witnessed so many business partnerships and friendships and believes this has to do with the quality of people that are Members of the Citrus Club.
When not working, Traci enjoys enjoy spending time with family and friends, whether that be going out to enjoy live music, festivals or local restaurants. She is also a Chicago Cubs fan and enjoys traveling to Illinois to see her family.
Kristen began her career with ClubCorp in 2007 while studying Event Management at Florida State University. While working at the University Center Club, she developed a passion for building relationships with Members and planning events. Kristen went on to become a Private Event Director at the Texas Tech Club. A few years later, Kristen rejoined the University Center Club to be closer to family and loved ones.
She is originally from South Florida and loves to visit her family whenever she can. Kristen is an avid sports fan especially when it comes to cheering on her Florida State Seminoles and hometown teams. She enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her fiancé.
Amy began her career with Walt Disney Company in 1997 after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Leisure Service Management and Sports Administration. At Disney, Amy organized corporate travel and was part of opening team for Animal Kingdom. After the opening of Animal Kingdom, Amy moved to the Orlando Museum of Art and helped developed the facility rental program. While at the museum, she worked with museum donors, community leaders, corporate clients and wedding couples planned events and grew the museum into one of the most sought after venues in Central Florida. After 11 years at the Facility Rental Coordinator, Amy went on to become the Director of Sales for the Orange County Regional History Center in 2009. She oversaw the rental program for client events, planned museum functions, and created the I Do Downtown Bridal Crawl the first wedding crawl event. This helped raised the profile of the History Center and downtown Orlando as a premier wedding destination. This out of the box thinking grabbed the attention of the Puff ‘n Stuff Catering & Events and they created the position of Venue Development Manager. As Venue Development Manager, Amy sourced new venue opportunities, managed all venue relationships in Orlando and Tampa markets and helped establish a portfolio of over 200 venues for the off premise catering company.
Amy is native Floridian, growing up on the Space Coast. She currently serves as Membership Director for Orlando NACE chapter and Associate Board member for Florida Citrus Sports. She also serves on the Media Relations, Scouting and Team Selection, and Hospitality committees for Florida Citrus Sports. In addition, she is a member Central Florida Gator Club, UF Alumni Association, Tiger Bay Club and ambassador for USTA National Tennis Campus. Amy is an avid sports fan wearing her orange and blue; cheering for her Florida Gators! She enjoys shopping, traveling and sharing stories of her two beloved cats Avery and Ali.
Antonio joined the Citrus Club in 2018 with 19 years of food and beverage leadership experience at Universal Orlando Resort.
His focus each and every day, is that each member and their guest has an incredible dining experience, every time they are in the club.
When Antonio isn’t talking food and beverage, he loves to spend time with his family. He also enjoys going to live sporting events and traveling. Antonio is an all-around sports enthusiast, who loves to grill and make a good cocktail. He is a huge New York Football Giants fan.
Chef Reiner graduated from the Disney Culinary Apprentice Program in 1995 at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. While at Disney World, Chef Drygala apprenticed for the United States Culinary Olympic Team and worked under world class Master Chefs. There he worked in 17 different kitchens on Disney property. After leaving Disney, Chef Drygala moved to Colorado and worked in a restaurant in Breckenridge where he learned to prepare game meats such as elk, rattle snake and black bear. Next he moved back to Florida where he became a corporate trainer for Darden and opened seven restaurants all over the United States.
Chef Reiner is an active member of the American Culinary Federation (the foremost authority on food in the United States) since 1992, while still in high school. Chef Drygala was awarded “Culinarian of the Year 2010” and “Chef of the Year 2011” by the Southwest Florida Chefs Association. He also completed his Certified Executive Chef May 2011.
Chef Drygala aims for an upscale menu at the Citrus Club while serving the highest quality wholesome food. He believes in “going green” whenever possible using local farmers, organic foods and meats that are free of growth stimulants, antibiotics and hormones.
Mary has worked at Citrus Club for 32 years and is currently in the role of Office Administrator. She has been married for 27 years and has two sons that attend the University of Central Florida. She loves to spend time with her family and is very active at her church where she sings in the choir.
Justin is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer who has worked at the Citrus Club Spa & Fitness Center for the past 11 years. As a Cancer survivor, Justin values the importance of an all-around healthy lifestyle which encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. His clients benefit not only from his professional sports and fitness training, but from his own life experiences and passion for helping others. His patience, dedication, and knowledge would greatly benefit anyone seeking to either improve upon their existing fitness regimen, or those who are brave enough to begin an exciting and results-driven journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
