Senior Vice President

Doug is the managing director of ClubLife responsible for business development and execution of strategic initiatives.  Doug brings over 30 years of experience in business development, team building, strategic planning, and thought leadership in the private club, golf, resort, wellness and hospitality spaces.

Prior to ClubLife, Doug served as Senior Vice President, Business Development, for KemperSports. During his 14-year tenure at KemperSports, he was responsible for the company's strategic growth and execution of its business development strategy for the eastern United States, Caribbean and Latin America.

Seth Churi

Senior Vice President, Operations

Seth Churi brings more than 20 years of golf operations and acquisition experience to ClubLife Management. 

Most recently, Seth was the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for Redwood Six (R6) LLC, a boutique management and consulting firm established in 2014, specializing in premium private clubs and resorts. As COO, he focused on setting the clubs’ strategic direction, driving performance and business planning. 

Prior to R6, Seth was the Chief Operating Officer for Sequoia Golf Holdings LLC for 10 years, responsible for the operational oversight of over 35 golf courses and country clubs, and the integration of newly acquired properties.

Peter Faraone

Regional Vice President

Peter has been in the hospitality industry for 37 years, starting  his career with Marriott Hotels in their manager training program before moving on to Ritz-Carlton hotels for 13 years where he served as VP of Sales, opening over 20 properties during his time at the corporate office before moving into a General Manager role.

Peter later joined KSL Capital as VP of Sales and Marketing, then becoming General Manger of the Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, VA.  He then joined ClubCorp as a Regional VP in the Mid Atlantic region before taking on the role of overseeing all the managed clubs in the ClubLife portfolio. Peter resides in South Carolina along with his wife Debra of 35 years.

Mary Grover

Vice President, Sales

A 30+ year veteran of the club industry, Mary Grover oversees all sales disciplines for ClubLife Management, including memberships, private events and group golf outings. Prior to joining the ClubLife Management team, Mary served as Vice President, Membership in the Atlanta market for ClubCorp, where she oversaw membership sales for 30+ private clubs. Mary also has deep experience in the Private Event space, having served as a Regional Private Event Director for five years in the Washington, D.C. market. Mary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing from St. Cloud State University.

Kathleen Thanas

Director of Business Development

Kathleen Thanas is the Director of Business Development for ClubLife Management. She brings a diverse background and several years of club industry experience to the team. At ClubLife, she is an integral member of the business development team focused on identifying market opportunities, brand management as well as establishing relationships with allied organizations in the club industry. In addition, Kathleen works with the operations team to ensure ClubLife’s services are aligned with ever-changing member lifestyles to deliver solutions that elevate member experiences and achieve long-term financial viability.   

Prior to ClubLife, Kathleen worked at KemperSports where she was part of the business development team responsible for growing the managed portfolio of private clubs, resorts, daily fee golf courses and athletic facilities. Most recently, Kathleen was National Director of Strategic Partnerships tasked with managing KemperSports' national accounts buying programs.

Ryan Lane

Senior Analyst

Ryan is the product design lead responsible for evaluating opportunities to provide value to a diverse group of ClubLife Management clients. Ryan brings more than 10 years of experience in operations & operations evaluation to ClubLife Management and plays a key role in the business development team. He is focused on packaging services which bolster the operating performance of those clients managed by the ClubLife Management operations team.

Prior to ClubLife, Ryan served as a Senior Financial Analyst in the ClubCorp Financial Planning & Analysis group, aiding club operators in developing lasting member experiences which ultimately drove financial performance at their properties.

Patrick Moree

Marketing Director

Patrick Moree has nearly a decade of experience in marketing, communications and public relations in the sports and hospitality industries. At ClubLife, he is focused exclusively on the strategic planning and execution of all marketing initiatives for our portfolio of management services clients. 

Most recently Patrick served as Marketing Director for Redwood Six, LLC, a boutique management and consulting firm established in 2014, specializing in premium private clubs and resorts. As Marketing Director, he was responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies for R6's clients, as well as corporate branding and marketing initiatives. 

Prior to his tenure at Redwood Six, Patrick was a member of the Digital Marketing team at ClubCorp, and a Regional Marketing Coordinator for Sequoia Golf Holdings.

Doug Miller, C.G.C.S.

Senior Vice President, Golf Course Management

Doug is responsible for all aspects of golf course management for “The World Leader in Private Clubs.” Prior to joining ClubCorp, Doug was Director of Agronomy at Doral Resort and Spa in Miami, Florida and Director of Agronomy for the combined La Quinta Resort and Club and PGA West in La Quinta, California.  Doug is a Certified Golf Course Superintendent with over 40 years in the golf course industry. 

Doug holds a degree in Parks and Grounds Operations Management from William Rainey Harper College.

Bill Walden

Senior Vice President, Food & Beverage / Procurement 

Bill Walden is the Senior Vice President, Food & Beverage / Procurement for ClubCorp. He is responsible for all food & beverage and procurement efforts for ClubCorp's portfolio of more than 200 golf and country clubs, city clubs, sports clubs and alumni clubs. In addition, he oversees the company's strategic relationship with Avendra LLC., a comprehensive procurement services company. Prior to joining ClubCorp in 1998, Walden was with Frito-Lay North America (a division of PepsiCo, Inc.) for 13 years, where he held numerous positions in operations. 

Bill holds both Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Western Illinois University.

Jim Allison

Senior Vice President, Sales

Jim Allison leads ClubCorp's sales organization which includes membership, private events and golf outings. Jim brings more than 30 years of sales experience starting in the technology sector and then into the golf industry, including proven performance building and managing national sales and marketing organizations, developing growth strategies, strategic marketing plans and value-added programs. 

Jim’s past roles include serving as principal at Club Ventures, a consulting group for the private club industry and other membership-based operating organizations, and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at both Arcis Golf Corporation and American Golf Corporation.

Kelly Devita

Senior Vice President, Retail 

Kelly brings over 25 years of experience in global business strategy development, highlighted by successful collaboration with some of the most iconic brands in the golf and retail spaces. 

Most recently she served as National Sales Director for Under Armour Golf, where she held all aspects of sales and marketing for the Green Grass / On Course, Tournament and Key Specialty Account channels. Under Kelly’s leadership, Under Armour golf revenue grew from $18M to more than $57M in just four years.

Jeff Zimmerman, CEC

Director of Culinary Development 

Jeff’s experience includes more than 38 years of service at ClubCorp. The majority of these years have been spent in senior management positions overseeing some of ClubCorp’s most prestigious properties. Previous job titles have included; Executive Chef, Corporate Training Chef, Regional Chef, and Regional Operations Director. Jeff has also managed the company's culinary incentive program at the Culinary Institute of America for the past twenty years, where he has logged move them seven hundred training hours. 

Over the past few years Jeff has driven the development of the company’s recipe development program, state of the art menu engineering program, standardized menu program, seasonal Chef’s Table and culinary training programs.

Dana Buckett

Vice President, Member & Partner Services 

A 25 year ClubCorp veteran,  Dana Buckett is Vice President, Member & Partner Services with responsibility for the operational management of ClubCorp's Network programming encompassing 300+ clubs and partners world-wide.  Her areas of responsibility include all aspects of integrating value-added benefits  to enhance the value of membership, from Member fulfillment through building and maintaining relationships with clubs and strategic partners.  Prior to joining ClubCorp, Dana operated in various executive operations roles within the luxury hotel industry with London-based Trusthouse Forte and Dallas-based Highgate Holdings.
