Jeff joins the Columbia Tower Club after three years of serving the Members at The University Club Atop Symphony Towers in San Diego, where he’s created a culture of excitement around food and beverage through innovative monthly tastings and dinners, the development
of a new whiskey program and by always thinking creatively to craft unique experiences for his members.
Prior to joining the ClubCorp family, Jeff managed several highly rated Southern California hotels and restaurants. Growing up in the heart of California’s Central Coast wine region, his passion for great wine and food is reflected in his ability to put a smile
on the faces of countless Members every day. His greatest accomplishment to date, however, is his beautiful baby girl, Harper. Jeff and his wife Jennifer are thrilled for their next chapter in the Pacific Northwest.

Joanna Satterfied, or JoJo as she is more commonly known around the Columbia Tower Club, has long been a member favorite in the 7 years she's held the title of Member Relations Director. With a ready smile JoJo can often be found conversing with Members at the receptionists desk or having a quick conversation with one of the many members she's known throughout the years and when asked what her favorite aspect of her club is she'll quickly respond that it's all of the relationships she's gained with not only her co-workers but with members as well.
Whether you're looking for advice or direction with anything club related, or maybe you're looking to do some traveling and need a recommendation on where to have a good time, don't be afraid to ask; JoJo is always more than happy to listen and to also share her own experiences as well.

Taylor Frizzell joined the Columbia Tower Club in 2016 as the Private Events Coordinator and in 2017, became a Private Event Director. She has a passion for the detail that goes into event planning and enjoys working with members and clients to bring their events and meetings to life. Taylor has developed relationships with vendors in the industry and will go the extra mile to make your event special.
A Washington native, Taylor grew up in the Pacific Northwest and earned her Communications degree from Washington State University. She enjoys getting to meet and work with new and interesting people every day. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys spending time with family on the golf course and traveling with friends!

From Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe to a celebrated farm-to-table Italian restaurant in Napa Valley, California, Trieste born Chef Riccardo Bilotta honors his Italian roots and passion for lending a creative flair to American/ Mediterranean cuisine by joining our Club as Executive Chef. At the age of 15, Riccardo was sought out by a restaurant owner who admired his work ethic and way around the kitchen while working as a dishwasher. He suggested Riccardo go to culinary school and shortly after, Riccardo enrolled in the Centro Turistico Alberghiero I.A.L in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Italy, where he got his diploma in the culinary arts.
Riccardo then began his culinary trajectory over ten years ago, taking him through some of the best-known establishments in Europe and America, including two Michelin starred Il Pellicano in Porto Ercole, Italy, Three Michelin starred El Cellar de Can Roca in Girona, Spain (nominated number one best restaurant for 3 years) La Broche in Madrid and most recently Soho House Group and A Voce Columbus, acclaimed restaurants in New York, where he served as Executive Chef.
His refined, modern New American and Mediterranean dishes combine classical and innovative techniques and the finest seasonal ingredients, a style that he plans on bringing to his newest position as Executive Chef here at The Columbia Tower Club. Riccardo is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish and French. A die-hard NY Knicks fan, Riccardo spends his time off watching basketball games and playing soccer.

As an Office Manager for CTC, Sana’s job is to ensure the daily club operations run smoothly. I joined the club in May 2016. She holds a degree in Business Administration. She works closely with all the departments and facilitates them with financials, human resources, and general administrative tasks. She also assists members with their billing inquiries and account related questions.
Away from work, Sana enjoys spending quality time with my family especially with her 2 daughters. She loves to travel and explore more about new places and learn about their culture.
