Kevitt Sale has been the General Manager for over 13 years at several California Private Clubs including Sea Cliff Country Club and Marbella Country Club in Orange County and Serrano Country Club in the Sacramento area. Most recently Kevitt has been working in the commercial real estate industry for Lee & Associates. He is married with two boys, 16 & 19 and lives in Huntington Beach. Kevitt enjoys fishing, golf and attending his sons sporting events. His passion for building strong teams and focus on enhancing the member experience will make him an outstanding addition to the current team.

Gordon joined ClubCorp in August 2019. He joins us with a wealth of knowledge in the hospitality industry after working in executive and leadership roles with Disney, C&S Wholesale Grocers, Hawaiian Airlines, Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott. Gordon recently lived in Hawaii and now resides in Aliso Viejo. His passion lies in food and beverage, as well as creating and building an inclusive culture with his teams.

Holly has been with at Coto de Caza since 2009 where she started out at the Sports Club and now as one of the Clubs’ Membership Directors.
Holly’s background is in hospitality, travel and private event production and sales.
When she is not at the Club, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cheering on her son at his sporting events, hiking with her dogs, skiing, volunteering and finding time to improve her golf game.
Rick joined our team as a Membership Director in May 2020. He works alongside Holly, continuing to focus on marketing the club and growing our membership base. Rick is a retired police officer who entered the golf industry in 2016 serving as a Tournament Sales Manager at Coyote Hills Golf Course. Rick pursued opportunities in golf operations becoming the Assistant General Manager at Coyote Hills and later becoming the General Manager at Casta del Sol Golf Course at the Lake Forest Golf & Practice Center.

Ashleigh joined Coto de Caza as our Member Experience Director in July, where she is focusing on member relations and developing new and exciting social events. An alumna of Texas Tech University, Ashleigh moved to southern California from Texas in January of 2020. Ashleigh joins us with years of experience in sales and client relations, having worked with major brands such as Google and Allergan. When not working, she enjoys spending time by the ocean, yoga, hiking and traveling.

Roger began his career in Golf Course Maintenance in Iowa. He was exposed to Golf in grade school where his passion for the game of Golf began. He watched Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Gary Player on TV and wanted to be a professional golfer. As a junior and senior in high school Roger helped build and maintain a local 9-hole golf course. After high school, he acquired a BS in turf management from Iowa State University while doing an internship at Des Moines Golf & Country Club. Since College, Roger has worked on several projects in Texas, Thailand, Indonesia, India and China. He hosted the PGA Tour Shell Houston Open 2004-2008 and has spent time working at a few other Top Golf Clubs in Texas. Most recently, Roger worked for Shanqin Bay in Hainan China, during his tenure the course became # 39 in the World Top 100 Golf Courses. He has worked with golf Course Architects such as Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, Desmond Muirhead, Keith Foster, Ken Dye, Dick Phelps, Reese Jones, Peter Jacobsen/Jim Hardy, Golf Plan, Coore & Crenshaw. Roger is excited for the future at Coto De Caza and is looking to help it become even greater in the coming years ahead.

A native of Chicago, Illinois, Rick has been playing golf since the age of 15 and has been in the golf industry for over 35 years.
Rick began his career in golf at Oakmont Country Club in Glendale, California. After spending four years at Oakmont, he moved to Rio Hondo Country Club located in Downey, California in 1982. In 1990, he became the director of golf at Porter Valley Country Club in Northridge, California. In 1999, Rick became the director of golf at Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club.
Rick is married with two children.

Email Kyle Lewis
Kyle joins us at Coto de Caza as the club’s Head Golf Professional. He was born and raised in Riverside, his golfing career led him to Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio where he majored in Sports Management and Business Accounting. Kyle found his passion for the business side of golf when he interned for the Northern Texas PGA in the Junior Golf Department. Upon graduating from college he moved to Buffalo, New York to work as the Junior Golf Director for the Western New York PGA (WNYPGA). Kyle made his way back to California to start his career with ClubCorp as an Assistant Golf Professional at Mission Hills Country Club in December 2013. Kyle was fortunate enough to work the final major of 2013 at Oak Hill Country Club (PGA Championship) for the WNYPGA and the first major of 2014 at Mission Hills Country Club (ANA Inspiration). Prior to joining Coto De Caza, Kyle was the Head Golf Professional at our sister club Canyon Crest Country Club.

Andrew has been in Food and Beverage industry for almost 10 years. Having started by working at local, luxury hotels such as Montage Laguna Beach and the Resort at Pelican Hill. It is at Pelican Hill where Andrew started in food and beverage management and quickly rose through the ranks. Andrew made the transition from luxury resorts to private clubs when he accepted job at El Niguel Country Club as their Clubhouse Manager overseeing the Club’s food and beverage and facility operations. Andrew has a passion for hospitality and enjoys growing his team and watching the business succeed. He lives with his wife Liz and two children in Laguna Niguel, CA.

Michael Nirtaut has been cooking for 20 years now. Originally from Chicago Illinois he has lived in Colorado, Arizona, Hawaii, Northern California and finally settling down in southern California in 2001. He went to culinary school in Scottsdale Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu Program in 97 and 98. He has worked for numerous hotels, restaurants and country clubs through the years such as Four Seasons Newport Beach, Fairmont Newport Beach and Montage Laguna Beach and most recently at Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach. He is married with two children, for fun he enjoys tennis, surfing, snowboarding, table tennis and of course cooking!

Jennifer has been in the Private Events world for a little over 10 years. Prior to coming to Coto, she was the Private Events Director at Marbella Country Club. Jenn has a passion for connecting with people, discovering a client’s event vision, offering suggestions, and utilizing her expertise to make their event vision a reality. In her off time, she loves to have fun and you will often find Jenn at the beach, on the slopes, exercising, having wine with friends, or hanging out with family. Jenn has a 4-year-old son named Aiden.
Liz has been at Coto de Caza for 12 years, spending 11 years in food and beverage as both front of the house and upper management. She always had a love for the event side of the operations and was excited when a position opened for her in the Private Events department. She values her relationships with members and clients and loves helping them bring their event vision to life.

David has been the Director of Tennis at Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club since 2003. He has been in the Southern California tennis scene since 1992. David got his start in Texas, where he played college tennis at Odessa Junior College and University of Texas – San Antonio. In 1982, David received his Professional One – USPTA certification and started teaching full time. David lives with his wife, Michelle, and two wonderful children, Sean and Sydney.

David joined the Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet club in June of 2017. He comes to our club with a background in competitive swimming, human performance, and aquatic management with 18 years of experience. David has coached all ranges of athletes from learn to swim, to national level athletes. When not at the pool, he enjoys spending time at Disneyland and exploring national parks.
Dave has been in the Health and Wellness industry for over 25 years. He began his career with the Sports Club LA/OC as a Personal Trainer. In his role as a trainer, he worked with clients from every background; general fitness clients, corporate executives, pre-& post-natal, older population, athletes, cardiac-rehab clients and clients who were recently released from physical therapy.
He then went on to become the Fitness Manager, overseeing 45 trainers and staff while driving revenue to over $1.2 million. In this role, Dave was also a member of the board that developed the company’s nutritional supplement line of products.
He then transitioned and opened the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa as the Operations Manager at Pacific Waters Spa where he managed a 26 - room spa and fitness center.
Dave then pursed the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the business world as President of a public technology company, a business development consultant to a fitness related broadband internet firm and business development director of a renewable energy insurance organization.
He came back to Health and Wellness in a business development role with The National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), and built a division of in-house live PT certification courses with over 14 major international health club chains and developed programs to deliver High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to clients.
Dave was AGM of the Equinox clubs in Irvine and Newport Beach where he was responsible for all departments including Pilates, personal training, front desk, sales, group fitness, shop, spa, maintenance, kids club and club P&L.
Dave was the Fitness Director at the Merage JCC/OC where he restructured all Fitness Operations and most recently, was the Regional Studios VP for Fitness International (LA Fitness) overseeing 12 Pilates and HIIT studios in LA, OC and Riverside counties.
Dave has a B.S. degree in Business Management, a M.A. in Education and High School baseball coach. He was a Division-IA baseball player at Cal State Long Beach, where his team finished 3rd in the 1993 college world series and briefly played professionally with the SD Padres organization. He has been NASM, ACSM and CSCS certified.
