Services
We offer many spa services to relax, rejuvenate, refresh and revive you. Our experienced aestheticians are happy to personalize a treatment just right for you.
Massage Therapy
The Spa at Countryside offers several types of massage therapy including relaxation massages, sports massages to relax overworked muscles, therapeutic massages to promote healing, reflexology and motherhood massages to ease the discomfort of pregnancy.
Body Treatments
In addition to massage therapy, the Spa offers body treatments to relax you and care for your skin. Select a salt glow to exfoliate and relax, a deep cleansing for your back, or any of our other body treatments.
Facials
Your face gets its own special treatment at the Spa. All treatments include a skin analysis. Choose from a variety of treatments to replenish your skin’s natural glow, reverse the signs of damage and aging or rebalance your skin. We also offer microdermabrasion for your face and other areas of the body.
Waxing
Once you revive your skin, it’s time to get rid of unwanted hair. We offer brow shaping in addition to hair removal from lips, chin, face, underarms, arms, bikini area (Brazilian available), legs and back. We regret that these services cannot be performed on clients using Accutane, Retin A or any antibiotic due to the sensitivity of the skin.
Airbrush Tanning
Give your skin a healthy glow without the risk of skin damage due to exposure from the sun. The airbrush technique avoids streaking and blotching for an even and natural-looking tan.

Do you have a special occasion coming up? Whatever the event, the Spa at Countryside can customize a spa package and coordinate group spa days for your group. We’ll even take care of all your pre-planning details.

Spa Services Are Open To Members & The Public
Scheduling An Appointment
To make a reservation, please contact the Athletic Desk of Countryside Country Club's Fitness & Aquatic Center at 727.796.1333. If you have a preference, please indicate a preferred therapist and specific type of treatment.
Check-In
We suggest you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and fill out the necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our therapists and other guests, we require a three (3) hour notice prior to your appointment. Failure to give a three (3) hour notice and we are unable to re-book our forfeited time with another appointment, you must be assessed a late cancellation / no show fee of $30 per hour. All "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of their scheduled services. Members will automatically be billed on their membership account. Market guests require a Visa/Master Card deposit upon booking an appointment.
Special Needs & Medical Conditions
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Talking with your therapist will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.
Comfort
Although massage and body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your privacy is our primary concern. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Careful draping procedures are observed at all times, and we encourage you to communicate any discomfort to your therapist. For your convenience, spa robe, gown and slippers will be provided.
Spa Etiquette
If you enjoyed your spa service you should tell your therapist or aesthetician that you appreciate their work and extra effort. Tips are always welcome for a job well done.
Cell Phones & Pagers
To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, cell phones and pagers must be turned off in the Spa.
Personal Belongings
Because Spa services require bare skin and freedom to move, we request that you refrain from wearing jewelry. Countryside Country Club may not be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.

About Matthew
Matt brings over 15 years of sales and relationship management experience. Matt began his hospitality journey within the restaurant industry. His Iowa City restaurant was voted most romantic both years he was there. After meeting his wife Ruhee, he started a family with Mason and Maverik. Matt transitioned to banking for a leading Fortune 50. He was labeled the top finance sales producer within the consumer lending division before departing to Florida. Prior to Matt taking over the Membership Director role at Countryside, he championed the payments industry helping local neighbors save time and money. Within 3 years he was helping to facilitate over $75MM in transaction volume while monitoring over 1MM transactions annually. McCracken also finds the time to give back, donating his time and money to Wounded Warrior Project, Folds of Honor, 22 Until Valhalla and numerous groups helping our veterans, military and first responders.

About Ashley
Ashley joined the Countryside team in November 2015. Ashley was previously Countryside's Children's / Fitness Program Coordinator and is now serving as our Member Experience Director. Ashley obtained a B.A.S degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from St. Petersburg College. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with family, friends and going to Universal. Ashley enjoys planning events and is excited to create unforgettable experiences for our Members here at Countryside!

About Andy
Originally from Rome, Italy, he came to study English as a second language in 1996 in Miami, Florida. After 3 months of super-intensive courses, he attended Florida International University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. Andy worked for Intercontinental Hotels, Sofitel, Bentley Luxury Suites hotel in Miami Beach, Crown Golf and Invited for the last 10 years. Andy is fluent in Italian, Spanish and French and he is a certified pool operator. He is passionate about sports in general and considers his job a privilege. "You know it is not your typical 9-5 job when your office is surrounded by tennis courts, a pool, a gym and 80 children screaming and playing. Having worked in the past for big hotel chains where customers go and come daily, I really enjoy building long-lasting relationships and enriching member's lives as well as my own!"
