Darcee Gilbert

Darcee Gilbert is the Assistant Fitness Director at FORCC.  She has been a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) since 2005 and a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Sports and Fitness Association (ASFA) since July, 2019.  Darcee teaches Yoga for Flexibility (Yin), Vinyasa Yoga, Sculpt Yoga, Beginner Yoga, Senior Yoga, Kid’s/Family Yoga and Vino and Vinyasa.  In addition to yoga instruction, Darcee also teaches Barre Pilates and Spin.


Darcee is originally from Montana and competed in X-C and Track for the Bobcats at Montana State University between 1992-1997.  Darcee has a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics/Nutrition.  She has been an avid runner for several years, although now she enjoys easy runs with her big black lab, Cash these days!  Darcee has one son named Cody and all three of them have been living in Fair Oaks Ranch since 2015.

Darcee especially loves working with beginner students, as she enjoys guiding and motivating them to reach goals they never thought they could achieve.  “I get great satisfaction from sharing the joy a new student expresses after one of my classes.  Exposing them to something new and pushing them to set and reach their fitness goals is my passion.”  Darcee is excited to add Personal Training to her repertoire in 2019!

Paco Miranda

Paco Miranda started his fitness career 20 years ago in his home country of Puerto Rico, where he owned and operated his own gym (Natural Fitness Center). In addition to owning his own gym, Paco was the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach and Massage Therapist for professional baseball and volleyball teams throughout Puerto Rico.

Paco has been in San Antonio for the past 12 years and has worked as Fitness Director/Head Trainer for Spectrum Athletic Clubs and most recently as a Freelance Strength & Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant. Paco designs individualized sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for youth athletes.

Taylor Torisk

Role: Trainer

Taylor Torisk graduated 2009 from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, CO with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Sport Management.  He attended on dual academic and athletic scholarships.  In 2007 and 2008, he was a regional finalist in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference for wrestling (R.M.A.C).  Taylor was the Texas high school state champion in 2006 and state runner-up in 2005.  He is now a Certified Personal Trainer, Independent Advocare Advisor, and will graduate as a Registered Iyengar Yoga Teacher in May 2018.

Taylor specializes in wrestling, strength training, yoga, sports performance, weight loss, nutrition, injury rehabilitation, wellness, and energy.

Amy Imbriale

Role: Personal Trainer

Amy Imbriale has been in the fitness field for over 25 years, the first 6 years as a nationally ranked competitive body-builder – culminating with the title, “Ms. Arizona.”  In addition to her athletic success, she is also a Personal Fitness Trainer, a Group Exercise Instructor, and a Pilates and Yoga Instructor.  A highlight of her career was teaching Pilates and Yoga to the Cadet Triathlon Team at the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Recently, she has taken up golf and has been able to utilize her fitness experience and knowledge to maximize the strength and flexibility required for the golf swing.

Amy is married to a retired career military officer and has two children, Alex a 2LT in the US Army and Janelle, a sophomore at UNC Wilmington.

Chris Caufield

Role: Personal Trainer

Chris started his career as an Army Master Trainer in 1993. From 1994 to 1999 he worked as a Professional Stuntman and did personal training on the side. In late 1999 he started working full time in Fitness Centers. Chris has helped re-structure two national certifications NASM & AFAA, where I also helped write the final exam.

Lisa Stewart

Lisa grew up in Fair Oaks Ranch, graduating from Boerne High School in 1997.  She later lived in both San Antonio and Austin, and then graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in 2003 from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Lisa now lives in Boerne with her husband and son.

She began her journey into personal training and nutrition in 1997.  In 2000, while living in Austin, she found a love for spin and yoga. After running the San Antonio Rock N' Roll Half Marathon 4 times, she decided to turn her love of fitness into a career helping others.

After getting her spin and yoga certifications, she currently enjoys teaching in a group dynamic while still providing one on one personal training to clients of all ages and stages in their own fitness journey.

Janelle Imbriale

Hi, I’m Janelle I graduated from The University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recreation, Sports Leadership, and Tourism Management. During my senior year of college, I became certified as a NASM personal trainer. Following my graduation, I headed west to Phoenix, Arizona for an internship at a functional training gym, Orenda Force. There I trained clients one-on-one as well as small group settings. Upon completion of my internship at Orenda Force, I moved abroad to Costa Rica, took up surfing and lived the Pura Vida life for a few years. Upon returning to the States I got certified through AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor.

Fitness and athletics have always been my passion. As a child I remember doing obstacle courses for fun, biking, doing triathlons and always going to the gym with my parents. As I got older, competitive swimming and softball were my passions that followed me through high school and partially into college. As a mother now it is my desire to pass my knowledge down to my son, as well as everyone I have the opportunity to work with.

Bill Bochat

Bill Bochat is a three year resident of Fair Oaks Ranch, as well as a three-year member of Fair Oaks Ranch Country Club. Prior to that, he was a Resident of Boerne, Texas, for eight years. He has 15 years of Personal Training experience, four years for Racquetball and Fitness 1998-2002, as well as 10 years with Spectrum Health Clubs 2002-2012.  He also has extensive experience with youth sports ages 5-18 in Softball, Volleyball, and Track and Field. Bill is trained in the use of TRX, CrossFit, HIIT Training, Bodybuilding, Group Fitness, and Fitness Training. Bill has also trained a number of ladies to compete in “Figure Contests”, professionally. He has International Certifications by IFPA (International Fitness Professionals Association) in the following:
