Having worked for ClubCorp for over 17 years, Patrick previously served as both General and Regional Manager. Patrick’s earlier tenure with ClubCorp included serving the Members and Employee Partners at The Clubs of Kingwood, one of the world’s largest country clubs. In addition to knowledge gleaned while working at ClubCorp, Patrick brings over 30 years of hospitality and private club industry experience. Patrick is a proud graduate of the University of Houston Conrad Hilton College of Hospitality and Restaurant Management, and he is active within the Club Management Association of America.Before joining Gleneagles Country Club, he worked as Regional General Manager with CBIGG Management. Most recently, Patrick served as General Manager at Jupiter Country Club in Jupiter, Florida. Patrick’s impressive hospitality portfolio also includes 10 years of service with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.Patrick is excited to return to the Dallas/Plano area with his wife, LaDonna. They are looking forward to enjoying time with their son and daughter, both married, and a granddaughter that is also relocating to Dallas this month.
Robby is a Proud Texan born and raised in the DFW area. He earned a baseball scholarship and attended Stephen F. Austin State University.
His professional career started with Discovery Land Co. where he managed and opened numerous private country clubs throughout the U.S. and Bahamas including, Vaquero Club, Mountaintop Golf and Lake Club, The Madison Club, The Yellowstone Club, Kukio Golf and Beach Club and Bakers Bay. Robby eventually made his way back home to DFW and started a family with his beautiful wife Natalie and their three children, Beverly 7, Robert 4 and Elizabeth 8 months. He then spent four years at Northwood Club as the Food and Beverage Director before joining The Dallas Country Club as the Clubhouse Manager.
Robby loves spending his time away from work with his family, coaching, playing golf and biking.
Kim is originally from Ft. Worth, but as her father was in the military, she has lived in various states, including California, New York, Tennessee and Georgia. She returned to Dallas four years ago and is happy to be back in Texas. Kim graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Sports Management and Business. Upon graduation she opened a “My Gym Children’s Fitness Center”, which she expanded to five locations in the greater Atlanta area.
Kim’s passion for coaching transitioned her to work at Life Time Fitness. Over the next 12 years Kim moved from being a Personal Training Manager to a Sales Manager to a General Manager at Mockingbird Station and Plano Tennis Center. All of these positions included sales and the opportunity for Kim to connect with potential members. She discovered that she loves sales and meeting new people. In addition to being a self-starter, she possesses an enthusiastic and outgoing personality. Her strategic planning, sales and organizational skills, combined with her positive attitude have enabled her to be successful in all her endeavors.
Kim enjoys extreme sports, tennis, watching football and reading.
Whitney is originally from Sulphur Springs, Texas, but moved to the Metroplex during grade school. She has loved growing up in Plano, and the ability to continue her career in the city she loves. Whitney began her career with Gleneagles in 2015 as a beverage cart attendant. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2016 with a Bachelor in Hospitality Management. Upon graduation, Whitney joined the administrative team as the Member Relations Coordinator and spent some time in the Private Event Coordinator role. She has since transitioned into the Membership Manager role.
Whitney has a passion for customer service and helping to create lasting memories. Her warm personality and organizational skills have helped her to foster trusting relationships with each Member that walks through the door. Gleneagles has been her home away from home for years and she hopes you will stop by so she can show you around.
When Whitney isn’t at the Clubhouse she is either with family, friends or her fur baby, Izzy.
Carrie Ann is originally from Rockford Illinois. She arrived in Dallas, Texas when she was 22 years old. She got here as fast as she could. Carrie Ann graduated from the Northern Illinois University with a degree in Corporate Communications. Upon graduation she become a Technical Contract Recruiter and was in the industry for about 6 years. Over the next several years of her life she had the opportunity to be a stay at home Mom for 2 beautiful children, Nicholas and Alyssa. During this time she was able to give to the community and volunteer in many different ways. She learned that she had a passion for working with people of all ages. Over 10 years ago she started her position at the Jewish Community Center as the Membership Sales Director. Her love for sales and commitment to building relationships continue to this day.
Carrie Ann is newly married to Clyde, over one year and together they have a blended family of 6 children ranging in age from 19 – 26 years old. She enjoys outdoor activities including hiking.
An Indiana native, Diane grew up in Granger and attended Purdue University. Diane joined the ClubCorp family in 1993 at Knollwood Country Club where her experience began in operations, where she was able to understand the structure and operating and executing successful events. In 2003, she moved to Texas and joined the Tower Club Dallas family where her passion for event sales and planning grew and was promoted to Private Events Director.
After years of accomplishments within the ClubCorp family, she has grown relationships and is honored to be the Event Director at Gleneagles Country Club. Diane enjoys working with Members and clients throughout North Texas, bringing their dream events and meetings to life. In June of 2015, Diane was promoted to a Regional Field Specialist, assisting with the training of new Private Event Directors and serving as regional support for private events throughout North Texas, Oklahoma and Tennessee.
Outside of work Diane enjoys spending time her children Anthony, Christina, and Vivian. Along with volunteering in her community and school district.

Executive Chef Art Oettmeier, from Bay City, Michigan, graduated at the top of his class in culinary school. His experience ranges from hotels, resorts, private business clubs and country clubs. Art has spent the last 18 years working at two of the largest private country clubs in the Houston area. During Arts previous tenure with ClubCorp he has won numerous team and individual awards and we look forward to having his wealth of experience and talents at Gleneagles Country Club.
PGA Class A Member, Bob McHugh, brings a wealth of experience to the Club, most recently serving as the Director of Golf at Sweetwater Country Club, located in Sugar Land, Texas. Bob’ s service to Sweetwater began in 2007. Prior to that, he was the Head Golf Professional at The Orchards Golf Club in South Hadley, Massachusetts where he hosted and directed services associated with the 2004 Women’s U.S. Open Golf Championship.
Bob is the consummate Golf Professional with expertise and quality customer service standards in all operations. Bob is also an accomplished and experienced golf instructor. Bob joins our team with his professionalism, continued passion for growing the game and his desire to manage a team of highly skilled Golf Professionals dedicated to providing exceptional Member and Guest services at Gleneagles Country Club.
Bob has been married to his wife, Kristin, for over 24 years. They have twin 18 year old daughters, Elyssa and Emily.
Al is a native of Reading, Pennsylvania and has been a resident of Texas since 2013. Al began his collegiate career at the University of Notre Dame and later received his B.S. in Biology from American University. Attempting to pursue a career in medicine, he entered the masters program at New York Medical College and later attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001.
Realizing his passions lie elsewhere, he made the transition into the golf business in 2003 going to work for Michael Breed, the 2012 PGA National Teacher of the Year and former host of “The Golf Fix” on the Golf Channel. He continued furthering his professional career by attaining Assistant Golf Professional positions at some of the most elite clubs in the New York Metropolitan area, including his first full time teaching position at Westchester Country Club in Rye, NY, the longtime host of the PGA Tour’s Buick Classic. Al attained his PGA membership in 2010 and was extensively mentored by 5 of the current Top 100 Teachers in the United States. He became a certified Plane Truth Instructor in 2012, the organization founded by World Golf Teachers Hall of Famer Jim Hardy.
Al originally moved to The Woodlands, Texas in 2013 and served as the Head Golf Professional at Willow Creek Golf Club, Teaching Professional/Lead Club Fitter at the Tournament Course at the Woodlands Country Club, and for the past three years, the Director of Instruction at Sweetwater Country Club in Sugar Land.
Al considers becoming the Director of Player Development at Gleneagles Country Club a tremendous professional honor. He is excited to learn and share information with the current staff, and most importantly to help the membership master the ability to produce a correct, repetitive impact and improve their golfing and member experience.
Scott is originally from Illinois and has a degree in agronomy from Texas A&M. His 30 years of experience in the golf industry include 13 years at TPC Four Seasons in Las Colinas where he played a critical role in hosting a PGA Tour event, The Byron Nelson Championship. He is an avid golfer carrying an 8 handicap, so it’s very common to see him on the course playing with Members. He enjoys all outdoor activities, especially hiking, biking and fishing.
I grew up in the DFW area specifically the Irving community. In my late teens I was inspired to take on the trade industry by getting licensed in air conditioning and refrigeration. After completion I immediately jumped into the ClubCorp family by joining the team at Brookhaven in their Facilities Department and I remained there for 10 years. After growing with Brookhaven I took the leap to a leadership role at Gleneagles and have been here since.
My favorite part of working is the combination of daily interactions with Members and fellow Employee Partners. Every day bring a new challenge and I enjoy working with my team to overcome obstacles and I enjoy every day as much as I did the first day I walked into the Club.
In my spare time, I head to “The Ranch” in Possum Kingdom just relaxing and getting away from the city hustle and bustle. I’ve been married for over 30 years to my wife Cheryl and we have one son, Dylan.
Henry brings over 25 years of tennis experience as a seasoned player and coach.
Beginning his tennis careers in Odessa, TX, he was voted MVP in the 5A District three years of high school. While in college at Howard Payne University, he won the TIAA Doubles Championship and led his team to win the TIAA Team Championships.
His tennis teaching started at Gleneagles Country Club in 2000. He during his tenure, he has held many roles including Assistant Junior Director, Men’s Director, and Adult Director.
He is actively involved in every aspect of Gleneagles tennis: ProAm, Mixers, Men’s, TCD, and Junior tennis.
As an active tennis player he was on the mixed team that won Nationals in 2016, and actively plays in the Men’s 5.0 USTA leagues.
When not on the tennis court or at Gleneagles, he can be found on the sidelines of the soccer field watching his two kids or running. He as completed numerous half marathons and completed two full marathons.
He and his wife Amanda reside in Frisco since 2005, and have two kids, Gavin (11) and Layla (8) who are active soccer and tennis players.
Ann has been with Gleneagles since construction began on the golf courses in 1983. After interviewing with a club development company, they suggested she might like working for an actual club, so she accepted a position at Gleneagles. Little did she know at the time that she would develop a passion for the energy and vibrancy of the private club business. It has been an exciting ride for the past 35 years, as she has seen lots of changes and has experienced many opportunities for enjoyment and growth at the club. She has worked in Human Resources and Aquatics for most of her time at Gleneagles, and she loves interacting with the employees, the members and their children.
Ann grew up in the Midwest and graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Education and an English major. She left Indiana to get married in Arizona, where she lived for five years before moving with her family to Texas. She considers herself a Texas girl now and calls McKinney home.
When not working, Ann loves to spend time with her family, read, watch movies, go on long walks, and work in the yard and garden. She is an advocate of Family Promise of Collin County and teaches Sunday school to 7th and 8th graders. She has two grown children, son Matt who lives in McKinney and daughter Karla in Denver.
